During the encounter Jonathan and Erina had with Baron Zeppeli
Near the Joestar Manor

Joan's Point of View...
     We suddenly heard a woman scream nearby. I started off running, "Robert are you coming to help a lady in distress, or do I have to do everything myself?"

     "Be there in a jiffy. I am still injured ya know?" Speedwagon 

     "Ever so dramatic." I muttered, while smiling to myself as I went on ahead.

     I slowed in my tracks when I heard, "...You will learn to use Sendo or you will die. The fate of humanity is at stake." 

     "My destiny?" I heard Jonathan reply, as I got close enough to see what was happening for myself.

     "What is he talking about? It doesn't make any sense." Erina asked of Jonathan. 

     Did he really have to do this with Erina around? As I get closer, I noticed that flowers were blossoming on a dead tree branch just around Jonathan's hand. Guess he really has to go through all of this. Even if the blossoms are really pretty, I don't think he's realized it just yet.

     Best to step in now. "Hey Miss. Pend... I mean Erina! Seems like Jonathan is up and about. Don't worry about Baron Zeppeli here. He's a bit... of an illusionist, that's studied some... medical techniques from monks in the Tibetan mountains. I told him what happened at the manor a few days ago, and he wanted to help heal Jonathan's arm. As well as put on a bit of a show. He thought he might teach myself and Jonathan some of these skills for the betterment of humanity. Though I guess he went a little overdramatic with the demonstration." I finished while I gave the Zeppeli a look.

     "Why yes. Of course, signorina. As few can use such abilities. I believe both Signorina Jory, and Signore Joestar to be worthy successors. Apologies to have worried you at all." The Baron seemed to catch on quickly. "Signorina Jory already knows what it will take to be a pupil of mine. Though I would like to further discuss with Signore Joestar without worrying you any further." 

     Speedwagon had just caught up to me, gave him a look to stay quiet for now and follow my lead. 

     "It's easier to understand now. But he just got out of the hospital this morning. He shouldn't be dealing with such things so soon." Erina huffed.

     I chuckled, "Stubborn as ever, since I met you last night. How about you catch me up on what happened after I left last night, and we let the men talk for now? Trust me this isn't anything untoward, and we can be within earshot, as well as have them in our line of vision. They'll only be a moment then you can continue your walk with Jonathan."

     "Alright, but only because you insist Joan. If anything happens it's on you."

     "Of course." I replied.

Sometime afterwards...
     "So, Jonathan's able to use Hamon. Is he willing to join us in fighting Dio, Baron?" I asked the Zeppeli once Jonathan had left with Erina, leaving the 2 of us with Speedwagon to talk.

     "He is fully aware of what's at stake and is grateful you dealt with Erina in such a manner as not to worry her further. Thanks for the quick thinking without giving too much away." 

     "Kinda had to think quick for that one. Jonathan seemed to almost of forgotten she was there and didn't seem to want to worry her with such things." I let out a deep sigh. "Thank you, signore, for picking up quickly, when I started coming up with things."

     "It wasn't too difficult since a good chunk of it was based off of the truth." He turned his attention to Speedwagon now. "Are you by any chance the young man Speedwagon Signorina Jory has told me may be joining along this treacherous journey?"
