Diggy

I heard the keys raddle and the door unlock. Sariyah had just gotten home from work. For some reason my uncle called her into the office. On the other hand, I was at Riy's condo making a snack before we head out tonight for her birthday. I didnt see her walk in. As I added seasoning to the food Riy's arms snaked around my waist and rested on my stomach. She rested her head on my back.

"Hey babe"

"Hi" I turned around and ... Oh my gosh. She cut her hair! I loved it! Of course I would prefer her curly afro but it was nicely straightened and right above her shoulders. Her hair used to go all the way right before her lower back.

"Wow"

"Do you like it?"

"Like is and understatement..." I caressed her cheeks and kissed her pasionately. "I love it..." I whispered against her lips.

She smiled and moved away and sat on top of the island. I went back to my sandwhich.

"How does it feel to be 19?" I took a bite of my sandwhich and parted Riy's legs so I could stand in the middle of them.

"It feels like any other day" She wrapped her arms around my neck. I looked at her while I finished chewing. "Diggy can't we just stay home tonight? I just want to cuddle all night and watch movies"

"No. I am not letting you spend another birthday doing nothing. We are going to this industry party at the club so we can have fun then we can come back home and cuddle all you want"

"Ugh" she rolled her eyes and walked away. I slapped her butt.

"Don't roll your eyes at me"

She turned around and rolled her eyes again.

"Ugh. Daniel can we just turn around and go home?"

"No."

"Why?"

"Because it's your 19th birthday! And I am not letting you spend another birthday in listening to Pod Casts" Sariyah's a little nerd. If she's not reading she's watching 24 news.

She crossed her arms and straight faced me.

"It's just a promotion party Daniel"

We came to a red light and looked at her. "What Sariyah"

"I miss Joy!" I sighed and rest my hand on her thigh. "I know but hey remember this is off mommy duty week. You'll see her in a couple of days"

Sariyah

I was sad. I missed my baby. I haven't been able to talk to her since Ron's phone broke.

Diggy parked and looked at me and pinched my nose. "You're cute... Come on"

I got out the car and so did Diggy. We walked hand and hand to the entrance. I guess we went through the back because no one was near the door. Diggy opened the door and allowed me to walk in first. "SURPRISE!" I got scared and stepped back. I turned to Diggy.
"Did you do this!?" He shook his head yes. He knows I love surprises. I gave him a big hug. You can not say I don't have the best boyfriend ever.

"I love you" I pecked him on the lips.

"Go! Have fun! I'll be over here okay?"

It was now about 12:45am and the party was still going. On my way to go find Sariyah I spotted the one person I despise the most... Trevor Jackson. Let's just say, although we had an amazing tour and created an amazing song. We weren't too found of each other. What the hell was he doing here! I didn't invite him!

"Hey What's up Diggy?" He had this stupid smirk on his face.

"What the hell are you doing here?"

"Sariyah invited me. I guess she wanted another present" He scoffed.

"Another present?" He chuckled.

"Riy may be little but she sure can take a big pipe" Trevor winked and brushed past my shoulder. Did he just call her Riy!? That's my nickname for her! And take a big pipe! Is he talking about sex! I sped over to him and turned him around.

"The fuck do you mean 'can take a big pipe' You've guys slept together!?"

"Ha! More than twice. You ain't the only one that's hit it... Oh wait... You haven't yet" he started to laugh. I rolled my eyes and walked away. I was furious but instead on confronting Riy I went straight to the bar.
