CHAPTER 42

  Spook 42 - Daydream P.2

It was a morning like any other day

But that day I had some things to do,

I went up earlier than usual

And got the class log from the faculty room

And went to the classroom

And then..

"Oh, good morning Minamoto-kun."

It felt

Like time

Had stopped

"Mitsu..ba..? Why are you- Hey!" Kou yelled as Mitsuba began walking away with a vase of flowers. He followed Mitsuba over to the black board.

"Yeah." Mitsuba shoved a black board eraser in his face.

"Pfft!!?" Kou coughed.

"You're late!!" Mitsuba scolded Kou. "(Y/n)-chan already watered the flowers and I cleaned the black boards." Mitsuba began hitting him. "Are you happy that helpless little (Y/n) and me had to do all of that!? You and your stupid earring! It's so dumb!"

"Wait! Stop!" Kou nabbed, he grabbed Mitsuba's wrist to stop him. "I told you to stop." He shoved the black board chalk on his face. 'No no no no. Why is he here? He's supposed to be in the mirror hell!' Kou thought.

"Why so quiet all of a sudden?" Mitsuba questioned.

Kou heard a familiar voice, it was Satou's. He looked over to see the ruler rodent himself, Tsukasa, he was being all grabby with (Y/n). "HUH!? WHAT'S HE DOING HERE!?" Kou stomped over to Tsukasa and (Y/n).

(Y/n) grabbed Kou's hand. "Ah! Kou! Come with me for a moment!" She dragged him out of the room. "Kou, do you know what's going on?"  

"I saw Mitsuba, and now I see that twerp, and they're students at the school, in our room! Do you think I know what's going on?" Kou said.

"Understandable, sorry." (Y/n) let go of his hand and walked back in the room, Kou following slowly behind. 

Kou saw Yokoo and Satou talking with Mitsuba. "Hey, you can see him!?"

"Kou you're not making sense again today." Yokoo said to Kou.

"We can see him." Satou said.

Kou was confused to the brim.

"I was wondering, would you like to go out with me this weekend?" Kou heard Tsukasa's twerpish voice ask. He whipped his head over where Tsukasa's voice was, he saw tsukasa holding (Y/n)'s hands with a bright smile on his face.

"I would love to!" (Y/n) smiled.

'Just what is she thinking!?' Kou mentally screamed.

The teacher walked in and everybody went to their seats. "Okay for this problem.. Minamoto-kun, Mitsuba-kun come to the front." The teacher called.

Mitsuba and Kou headed to the front. (Y/n) was acting normal, when on the inside she wanted to cry. Tsukasa was playing with her hair, and she didn't like that.
