Spook 50 - Daydream P.10

"This world is fake, you know that right?"

"Y-yes, I do know that.." She stammered. 'This situation is really..' "Really shady!"

The paintbrush continued to write. "There's nothing shady about it ^^"

"That's what a shady person would say.." (Y/n) frowned.

"Yeah! That's right!" Amane shouted.

'I'm (Y/n) (L/n), and I shall not be deceived this easily!' She thought. 'We need to find a way out of this world. But we also have to be careful, Shijima-san can easily set a trap.'

"Oh?" A voice said. (Y/n) and Amane turned around to see a man? "What are you kids doing.." The voice changed as Shijima's face also embodied the body. "Out here at this hour?"

(Y/n) looked at Shijima, her face went pale as she grabbed Amane's wrist and dragged him away with her. "SORRY! WE'LL BE GOING NOW!!" She yelled. The two heard a slash and turned around, the paintbrush had 'killed' Shijima. The body fell down with a flop and thud.

"The paintbrush.. It defeated her..?" (Y/n) muttered as she held onto Amane's shirt.

"Can you trust me now?" The paintbrush wrote.

"I guess I could.." (Y/n) muttered. "Now, spill it out. How do we leave.."

The paintbrush began to write. "I know how." (Y/n)'s eyes widened. "You don't have to kill anyone to escape this place. There is a door to the real world. If you can find it, you can return to where you were."

"A door..?" She questioned. "Where?"

"It is-" The paintbrush was snapped in half.

"Amane.." (Y/n)'s eyes widened as she looked at him. "What.. What are you..? What are you doing?" She stumbled onto the ground.

"(Y/n).." He looked at her and dropped the broken brush on the ground. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her into his embrace. "This is pointless, my dear."

"W-what do you mean? We have to get back.." She muttered in his chest.

"I'm sorry.." He kissed her forehead. "Truly." He pressed his index and pointer finger on her forehead.

"Amane.." She mumbled as she fell asleep.

"Let's go back now, shall we?"

"I'm going to get you out of here!" Kou yelled at Mitsuba.

"What even? Did you just say that without thinking? Don't tell me you actually don't have a plan?"

"Shut up, would you.." Kou barked at him. "I'm going to meet up with (Y/n)-chan and Senpai and think of something!"

"Oh, radish-senpai and (Y/n)-chan. They seem like they like this world more than we thought." Mitsuba smiled. "After all (Y/n)-chan and number 7 could get married here~ They're obviously in love~"

Kou hit his head. 'I ran after this guy without thinking.. (Y/n), Senpai. (Y/n).. Something must've happened to her.'

Kou and Mitsuba continued to bicker before Hanako Amane and (Y/n) entered the premises again, with him carrying her on his back. Yashiro was now there as she had been keeping close watch for her return.

"Hanako!" Kou yelled at him. "What.. (Y/N)-CHAN!" Kou shouted at the sight of the girl sleeping on Hanako's Amane's back.

Yashiro looked over at the girl she called her friend. "(Y/n).." Her eyes widened.

"Hey.." The amber eyed boy muttered.

"Oy!!! What happened?!" Kou yelled running over to the two.

Yashiro eyed Mitsuba, her eyes widened. Mitsuba made a sign, signaling her to come over to him. She did just that.

Hanako Amane set down the unconscious girl lightly on the ground.

"Seriously, what happened?"

"Well just, you know. (Y/n) wanted us to go out into town."

"Outside?!" Kou yelled. "Are you saying something happened out there..!?"

"Nah, (Y/n)-chan fell asleep while walking down the street. I know, pretty random, right.?"

"Are you an idiot!!" Kou yelled as he swung his staff at Hanako Amane. "That's a bunch of crap-!!"

"Oh" Hanako Amane jumped back, "I'm kidding I'm kidding!" He said. The bushes behind them rustled, the two looked over as Mitsuba revealed himself.

"Ah.. Um, aha. Hey." He waved.

"Mitsuba? Have you been hiding this whole time?" Kou asked.

"Heh! About that.." He began to sweat as Hanako's Amane's eyes glared at him.

"This is what you wished for." Hanako Amane glared at him.

Kou looked at them both confused. "What?" Oblivious to Hanako Amane, who was about to touch his forehead.

"MINAMOTO-KUN!!" Mitsuba grabbed Kou with his skeleton arm.

Unknown to them all, (Y/n) was awake. Her still closed eyes pictured all the events she's hearing.

"Well.." Hanako Amane said his school uniform is now gone, but replaced by his usual bathroom attire. "Actually this is the real me." His cape blew, he picked the sleeping (Y/n) up.

"Hanako!" Kou shouted. "Wh..what is this! You surprised me. Of course though, Hanako, you bastard! Why didn't you reveal yourself before now? Me, (Y/n), and Senpai had no idea what was going on. It was seriously really tough.. But you were here all along! So we'll be able to get out of here easily.." Kou was stopped by Mitsuba grabbing his shoulder. "Mitsuba?" He turned and looked at Hanako. "Hey, Hanako? Why aren't you saying anything? Hanako!!"

"Why? I should be asking you that, kid. Why are you acting like this world is such a bad place?" Hanako asked.

"Huh..?"

"Have you honestly not realized by now?" He looked at him. "This fictional world is removed from reality. We can see the stars even on a bright night with the power of number four's paintbrush, day can become night. Meteors too, whenever we want. Even life and death, are free from the confines of reality. All of this because of number four. That's why. (Y/n)'s life will run out, again. Within this year. Even though that's her decided destiny, if it's within this fictional world. It's possible for her to live beyond the limits of her life."

"Save, (Y/n) from dying?" Kou muttered, he was shocked.

"Like I thought, you hadn't realized. Even though you talk the talk, do you really have anything you can do to save her life?" Hanako said. 'In this fake world, she won't have to die, over and over again.' He thought to himself. "..Well it's taken care of." Hanako then pushed Kou and Mitsuba back with his cape.

"Wh-What are you trying to do!?" Kou yelled. He looked up at the tower Hanako was now standing on.

"This world will be finished soon, so don't try anything stupid. Just leave things as they are."

"What are you saying!!" Kou shouted in rage.

"Don't get in the way, (Y/n), Yashiro's, and your memories will disappear soon anyway." Hanako told him. "This world isn't so bad for you either, right kid?"

"Hey!!" Kou yelled. "We're not done talking!" Kou yelled at Hanako, who was beginning to leave.

"WAIT! You still haven't listened to Minamoto-kun!!" Mitsuba yelled. His skeleton limbs charged at Hanako's floating form.

"Hakujoudai." Hanako quietly said. The orb charged at Mitsuba and hit him.

"Mitsuba!" Kou yelled. He shook Mitsuba's unmoving form. "You bastard.. WHY ARE YOU BEING LIKE THIS!? HANAKO!!"

"Well then..I'll be taking (Y/n) with me."
