A/n: Sorry you guys, this will be a short chapter. But I hope you enjoy it!
After Kaname calmed down and Yuki eventually left once satisfied that everything will be okay, the couple sat together on their bed. Zero had his phone out while Kaname had his smaller notebook and pen. "Okay, how about Fafinir?" Kaname raised an eyebrow at him before shaking his head. Zero looked back at his phone, scrolling down a list of names. He knows that Kaname wants some basic name like 'Lucy' or 'John.' But no way is that going to happen. "How about Everton, Ashton, Mishael or Yashal for a boy? And with Alina, Zelda, Josephine, Rosemarie or Mirabal for a girl?" Zero held in his breath, hoping that Kaname likes any of his choices.
Kaname hummed and pondered, purposefully delaying his answer, making Zero get even more nervous and uneasy. Finally, when he had enough fun, Kaname announced his decision. "Hmm, I really like Yashal for a boy and... Zelda for a girl. You win, Zero. That was some good name choices for once." Kaname wrote down the final names before looking back at Zero. "Should we give the child a middle name?" Zero snorted and shook his head, closing his eyes.
"Absolutely not, their name would be longer. Remember, their last name is Kuran-Kiryu. That last name is long as it is." Zero explained, with a hint of annoyance at the thought of a middle name. Kaname raised his hands up in surrender, a small smirk gracing his lips. "Fine, no middle names. I'm glad to just finally get this over with." Zero opened his eyes at that and looked at his husband with a deadpanned look. "We still have seven months to go before the birth of our baby. You didn't have to rush it, you idiotic vampire." Kaname closed the notebook and placed it on the nearest table along with his pen.
He then moved closer to Zero and wrapped his arms around him, "Well...good thing that you listened to me. Also, I don't like to delay small stuff like this. It would've been too bothersome." Zero closed his phone and placed it on the nearest table on his side, wrapping his arms around Kaname as well. He leaned down and kissed his husband's forehead, lingering there for a few more seconds before pulling away. Kaname blushed and looked away in order to hide it.
Zero snickered at his and took ahold of the other's face, raising it upwards in order to kiss all over Kaname's face. Kaname squeezed his eyes shut, feeling very embarrassed and puddy in Zero's hands. It's usually him who gives affection like this to Zero, so it's kind of nice but weird at the same time to be one receiving it instead. Eventually, Zero slowed down and kissed Kaname softly. Kaname immediately melted, letting out a soft sigh as he deepened the kiss. They stayed like this for a while, enjoying the peace and quiet, the warmth of their joined bodies.
Eventually, Zero slowly pulled away, "I love you."
"I love you too."
