8-year old Rage slowly made his way upstairs to his bedroom and locks himself inside. Tears flooded down his brown eyes, questioning everything that had happened.

He embraced himself, and looks up. He saw his baby brother's stuffed bear with a necktie around its neck. He walked over towards his bed and sat down, picking up the toy.

He looked at it, as he reminisced on all of the memories his whole family has made.

He remembered Christmas time last year. It was snowing, and it is also his brother's first time ever seeing snow. He remembered the excitement in his face when he asked him, "Wanna play outside?"

They had so much fun. They made snowmans, and played other activities too.

Then it was only a few weeks after Tim's 4th birthday when the spark in their family--to be specific, their parents has seemed to have changed.

They started fighting constantly. He never knew what the reason was because whenever he hears one of them yell, he automatically covers his ears. He hates hearing people yell.

He remember last night, he was trying to hard to fall asleep but he couldn't. The commotion downstairs was so loud that even if he covers his face with a pillow, he can still hear it.

He suddenly heard his door open, and when he looked up he saw a small figure standing by the door. "Tim?" He asked.

He stood up from his bed and walked over to the little boy. As he get closer, he saw something shining on his brother's cheeks, telling him that he is crying. "What's wrong? Are you okay?" He asks worried.

"B-big bro-ther.." Tim stutters.

He let the little boy in and they sat down on his bed. "Is everything okay, Timmy? Why are you crying?" He softly asked as he wiped Tim's tears away, only for it to be replaced with new ones.

"M-mama and Papa.." Of course. He sighed and said, "Don't worry about them. They are just.. uh talking."

"But they are so loud." Tim responds.

"I know. I know, Tim. It's okay. Everything will be alright." He ran his hand through the little boy's hair to calm him down.

"Can I sleep with you, pwease? I'm scared.." Tim asked, holding on tightly to his little stuffed bear.

Rage smiles and nodded. "Come here." He gestured for Tim to lay down next to him. He then covers both of them with his blanket.

They are both about to fall asleep when they suddenly heard glass shattering downstairs. Tim whines and covered his ears in fear. Rage softly shushes him. The little boy slowly calms down, and eventually fell asleep.

He sighed in relief to finally to see his little brother peacefully sleeping despite the noises downstairs. He just wished everything will be over soon as he closed his eyes and fell asleep himself.

The next morning which is today, he woke up and felt the space beside him empty. He opened his eyes and saw his little brother nowhere to be found, but his stuffed bear is still on his bed.

He suddenly heard a scream outside. He quickly went to his window to check and his eyes widened at what he saw. His brother is being carried by his dad on his right arm with large bags on his left as they walked towards the car.

"Hey! Wait!" He shout and quickly ran outside to stop him. But it's too late.

His father is already in the driver's seat starting the car. He saw Tim on the backseat, crying. "Papa, wait! Where are you going?!" He asked, starting to tear up as well.

"Tim!" He said, banging on the car window. His brother just cried as he banged on the other side of the window.

He looked at the side mirror to look at his dad. He only looked back at him once before he started driving. Rage's heart dropped when the vehicle started moving, and started screaming "PAPA! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE!"

His father ignored him and he watches the car move further and further and further away from their home. Before the car was too far away, he saw his little brother look back at him, making him cry harder.

He is just standing there sobbing, when he suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder. "Come on, honey. Let's go back inside." It was his mom.

"B-but T-Tim.." He cried.

She didn't say anything in return and just held his hand and they walked back inside the house. He tried to ask her multiple times why his dad suddenly left with his brother, but she never answered.

Now here he is, in his room, sitting on his bed, tears continuously flowing down his cheeks, as he hugged the only thing that will ever remind him of his little brother.

His stuffed bear.
