The next day Alpha Queen Aspen was in the kitchen assisting the women to make dinner for the pack. There were over 1000 wolves to feed, and boy could they eat.

"Alpha Queen, I didn't know that you could cook. Queens can't cook."

A little girl walked up to Alpha Queen Aspen and said, just as she was preparing some fried chicken.

"Mary-Ann, that is our Queen, how dare you speak to her that way."

A plump woman said as she rushed up to the little girl and pulled her aside.

"Apologies my Alpha Queen Aspen, my daughter forgets her place, she is only five years old and thinks it appropriate to speak whatever comes to her mind."

Annie said as Alpha Queen Aspen smiled and ran her fingers through Mary-Ann's hair.

"That's quite alright. It is very refreshing. These little ones do not fear me and are unconcerned with my status and often speak their mind. I am not offended."

"Well Mary-Ann, my mother, the previous queen, Queen Imogen was very fond of the kitchen. Growing up, she made sure I could do everything and anything as it relates to household duties. I can cook, wash, clean, and even sow. My mother thought those to be necessary skills for every little girl to have. "

Queen Aspen said as Mary-Ann turned to her mother

"Mom, can I help you to cook as well? I want to be just like Alpha Queen Aspen."

Mary-Ann said as Annie nodded and taught her how to hold the knife properly to chop up carrots. Alpha Queen Aspen walked outside into the backyard where the pack members were busy setting up for the movie night tonight. There were to be three different movies playing.

The first was from 6 pm-7 pm was Encanto for the children, the second was from 7 pm-8 pm was Teen Beach, and finally from 8 pm-9 pm was 50 shades of Grey for the adults. Alpha Queen Aspen felt so happy.

This was always one of her favorite pastime traditions. Since her parents' days, Saturday nights have always been movie nights with the pack. It was their way of bonding with everyone. She watched as the females started filling out the kitchen with bowls of popcorn for each family.

She looked up to see Rhys walking towards her...well more like running and Annie was behind him with a spatula in her hand. Queen Alpha Aspen couldn't contain her laughter as she watched Rhys make a final dash to where she was settled.

"I risked my life to bring this to you, my Queen. Now reward your gallant knight with a mere kiss."

Rhys said as Alpha Queen Aspen thought she was going to die from laughter. There was a pause as everyone waited to see what their Queen would do. Alpha Queen Aspen tilted his head to hers and intended to just peck him on his cheeks but Rhys took control and deepen the kiss.

There was a primal urge and need that Alpha Queen Aspen felt when he kissed her. Like he needed her more than oxygen. For a moment, they both forgot where they were as the only thing they could focus on was the taste of each other. The applause went up Alpha Queen Aspen broke away and blushed a deep red.

"And with that let's begin our first movie, Encanto."

The announcer said as all the children under 12 began clapping and cheering. From what Alpha Queen Aspen could tell, it was a newly released Disney movie, Mirabel, whose entire family was gifted well except her. Soon they discovered that the magic was in danger and only Mirabel had the power to save them.

It was good and Aspen found herself laughing and enjoying the movie. Soon everyone was dancing to Family Madrigal, We don't talk about Bruno and her favorite Surface Pressure.

After the movie, there was a 15 minutes break for intermission and the teens and adults returned for the second movie Teen Beach. Alpha Aspen could see the allure, the teenage drama mixed in with a bit of time travel, and boom, you have a kick-ass movie with crazy relatable songs. Before long they had bikers and surfers rocking it out with each other.

At 8:15 pm the movie ended and all the teens wandered off to other parts of the pack house to sleep or to hang out with each other. It was finally time for the last movie of the night, 50 shades of Grey.

That movie had Alpha Queen Aspen wiggling and smirking as by this Rhys had shifted her onto his lap so she could feel his erection poking through. He then threw a blanket over them, under the pretense that the night was chilly.

But Alpha Queen Aspen could feel that he had ulterior motives.
