[Y/N:]
Oh wow, Betty Munroe sure did look beautiful in her gown! Maybe one day I'll be able to wear one. At this point I'm dragging on brad to let us leave, but he keeps stalling and tells me to wait in the car. I'm tailgating with Brad, my best friend from High School who still lives near me. Me and Janet have gotten super close over the past few years when Brad introduced us. I'm really grateful Janet isn't stuck up or jealous about me. After connecting the dots for a while, I realized what Brad was about to do...
"Oh, Brad Majors, you wouldn't!" I told him, elbowing his arm and he cleared his throat anxiously. He glanced over to me and turned back to Janet, who was super confused. "Hey... uh... Janet?"
She turned around excitedly, "Yes Brad?!"
The next thing you know, they're performing a sweet, yet very cheesy song. And, just like that, Brad gets on one knee. Like the dummy he is, he drops the ring but gets it on her finger. After their corny song and a few angry cleaners for the church, I smiled and clapped for them. "You did it Brad! And Janet, congratulations!!" I high-fives Brad because we were planning it for so long, and hugged Janet. I definitely wasn't planning the... song... but that's ok! She said YES!
I begged them to go and they agreed. I happily skipped to the car where I got into the middle back seat. Of course now I was third-wheeling, but that's ok!
We were driving for a very long time now, and I fell asleep. I was woken up to a  loud bang and Janet yelling "WHAT WAS THAT BANG?!" Brad hit the seat saying "Dang it, we must have a blow out!" I woke up and said, "Don't you have that spare?"
"Well, it's really low on air... and besides, how would we change it in the middle of nowhere at night IN THE RAIN?" I nodded and looked at the window when I finally thought of something.
"Hey wait, I thought I saw a castle about a mile back before I fell asleep!! I hope it wasn't just a part of my dream..."
—"Oh yes!! That's right. I'll walk back and see if there's a phone I can get to. Janet, Y/N, you two stay here. God knows who lives there." Brad responded, a little more hopeful this time. Janet dropped her shoulders and said, "I'm coming too.. The owner of that phone might be a beautiful woman and I may never see you again."
My heart soared at their relationship. I nodded and said, "We're coming too, Brad."
We hopped out of the car and started walking. I felt rain slip down my back sending a cold chill up my spine.
