Chapter 9

Y/N's POV

I woke up as I felt sunrays coming through the window. As I was about to get up from the bed, I felt the pain in my leg. I looked down to check my foot and found out it was covered in bandages. I was confused at first but then I remembered the incidents from yesterday, I sighed heavily.
How many times am I going to trouble Heeseung?

"I-I'm still scared. Can you stay here with me till I fall asleep."

Did he stay or not? Probably not. He has things to do. Whatever, I should thank him for taking me home and helping me. I feel like I'm starting to like him. Maybe as a good friend? Or maybe more than that? Uhh Leave it. Let's just try to get ready with this broken foot. I got up slowly, trying not to put pressure on my foot and went to get ready.

TIME SKIP

I took a bus to the school since I can't really walk properly. I got down from the bus and started walking slowly.
"Hiii Y/N."

Author's POV

Taehyun came running towards Y/N and hugged her tightly causing her to loose her balance and straining her feet more. She hissed at the impact which alarmed Taehyun.
"Hey! What happened?" Taehyun asked worriedly.
"Umm, about that..... I fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle hehehe." She answered awkwardly.
She didn't want Taehyun to worry much, considering the fact she was with him before it happened.
'He already has so much on his plate and this will only make him more tensed.' She thought.
"Wow, I'm impressed. I thought you were just dumb but you are clumsy too. Dang it girl. I'm jealous of you, like how many talents do you even have??" He said, sarcasm dripping from his voice.
"Whatever, let's go." She scoffed.

They slowly advanced towards their class. On the way they met Suzy, who asked Y/N the same thing about her leg and again she lied. They sat in their seats and the class began.

Heeseung's POV

I wanted to skip the classes today but I did it yesterday too, so I involuntarily went to get ready. Fuck my life even after being an alpha I have to go to that shitty university like a normal kid.
"What's the use of being different if I'm doing what normal people do??" I frowned.

I went to university and was about to enter the gate when I saw Y/N and recalled what happened yesterday.

Flashback
Heeseung's POV

"I-I'm still scared. Can you stay here with me till I fall asleep." Y/N spoke, still feeling nervous infront of me.

'What should I do? Should just ignore her and go? No I can't do that to her. Her parents are not here. But why should I care? Wait Heeseung, this is not about you for fuck's sake.' After thinking I just sat beside her without saying anything.
"Thank you so much."
"Yeah whatever. Just close your eyes and try to sleep. I won't stay here the whole night." I said looking away, trying to sound like I don't care but I think that facade is already gone.
I saw Y/N smiling lightly from the corner of my eyes. Cute. Wait, did I just call her cute? (Yes Mr. Lee you did.)
"Why are you not trying to sleep? Close your eyes." I closed her eyes with my hand. But after some time she again opened her eyes.
"What?" I said with a poker face.
"I can't sleep." She said, pouting a little.
"So what? Do you expect me to sing for you or what? Shut up and sleep."
She closed her eyes again and but once again opened it.
"Now what?" I said getting a little annoyed.
"I seriously can't sleep." Y/N whined.
"Y/N for the love of God, please sleep. I have to go back."
"I think you should go. I don't think I'll be able to sleep anytime soon." Y/N said sadly.
"Wait, close your eyes."
She pouted again but obeyed like a good girl. Then I started patting her head and hummed lightly. She seemed to relax a bit.
After sometimes I heard soft snores coming from her. I stopped patting her head but my hand unintendedly went to her cheeks and caressed it. She was sleeping peacefully so I took some time to admire her. This is my first time looking at her so closely.

She is the clumsiest, weirdest and troublesome girl I have ever had the displeasure of meeting but she is definitely an interesting one. She might not be the prettiest girl in the world but she is still very attractive. Her eyes which sparkle everytime she become happy. Her nose which scrunches when something irritates her. Her pink lips which pouts when she is upset. Heeseung eyes stayed on her lips, he leaned towards her lips slowly closing his eyes but in the midway he changed the direction and kissed her forehead instead and left quickly.

He was walking back to his home thinking about what happened earlier. He was actually going to kiss someone and that too when that someone was asleep.
'No I can't do this to her. Was I actually going to kiss her? Why would I do it? No I wouldn't have done it right. Right?'

"You can't possibly like her Lee Heeseung. Can you?"
