"What! why? why wouldn't he tell me? Is it not as bad as you made it seem Haven." I got and left the lunch table.

I headed to my dorm. I walked in and roommate (Brandon) was sitting there typing someone on his computer. As I walked in he quickly turned off his computer and put his laptop under his pillow.

"What are you doing back here early?" He asks nervously.

I gave him a questionable weird look and said "I didn't feel good, so I came back to get rest." After that it was silent. I went to the bathroom and washed my face and head to my bed. When I returned Brandon was gone. I saw his laptop. I leaped on to his bed and opened it. It requested a password to access to the computer system.

What would his password be?

I started to think and search for clues to his password and I saw this yellow posted note on the bottom of his computer.

Ugh! Think Luke think. I started trying things he likes.

Pizza, food, sleeping in bed, and eating chips.

I started going through his backpack. There was a tiny note pad, but it was yellow instead of blue this time.

I started going to his projects slides and browser. I accidentally click on his email. I saw a weird email address it was "UNKNOWN" I click on the recent email UNKNOWN sent about 15 minutes ago. It said

"Meet me on the outside. We need to discuss the plan."

Plan? What plan? I started to look through his emails and I heard someone talking at behid the bedroom door. I shut down the computer and jumped onto my bed. He was on the phone and he finally said, his goodbyes and hung up the phone.

"Where have you been?"

"I was meeting a friend, we needed to finish some business." He went to turn on the TV and he began to watch his cartoons. I told him I was going to visit Haven. I opened the door and a small piece of paper fell off my head and then I picked it up and opened it.

"So I bet you're wondering why you got this. All I'm going to say is someone close won't be too close anymore ~ X"

I was confused. I went to my car and read it over and over. It didn't make sense. I turn on my car and went to Havens. Her house was big, by big I mean like a palace. I get lost in it so many times.

Her mom was a heart surgeon and her dad was a record manager who signs big artist. I rang the door bell and a tall blonde girl opened the door and asked,

"Oh my, Luke its been so long since you came for a visit. Please come inside. Havens just catching up on her homework."

I sat on the kitchen stool and watched Ginger (Havens Mom) cut vegetables and garlic. I asked, "What are you making for dinner?"

"It my special chicken soup." She said with a big grin on her face.

"Mom who was at the---" Haven said right before she saw me and ran to hug me. We began to talk. We gossiped. We laughed.

"Hey, I got to go to the store I forgot the chicken even though it is the main ingredient for the soup." She said laughing

Her mom was like my second mom. My mom died when I was young and my dad died about a year ago. Its been hard, but her mom always makes me feel better. Haven got up and went to the cabinet and pulled out my favorite snack gummy worms. She throws a package at me and one for herself.

"Can you keep a secret?" I said quietly, as if someone could hear us. She nodded and I took out the note and give it to her. She was shocked. I told her about Brandon.

"Is this real?" Haven said with a half eaten gummy worm in her mouth.

"I hope not." I said quietly.
