A week later
~Jae~
The studio house was empty surprisingly. There was no sign of Jinx anywhere, no RedBulls lying around or none of her electric guitars on.
I was the first one there.
I jump up from the couch, scanning the room. A piano board stood up at the side of the wall. Guitars were mounted up on the wall gently and carefully. Band posters like Linkin Park, Hollywood Undead and so forth were carelessly taped to the wall. My acoustic drum set sat in the left corner while my electric one sat in the right. A wrap around couch was in the middle, with a large aquarium coffee table in front of it. A large desk with the computer that edits all the songs was in the front next to the door. Back near my drum sets was the studio room with the best recording microphones there was to ever have on the planet. Thanks from Hollywood Undead, they helped us pick what was best for the studio.
So here I was, in the studio alone, sitting in the cushioned wheelie chair that spun around. My phone was across the room on the coffee table.
You probably only know me for my drumming, but I'm also good at guitar. My band instructor in high school told me more than a million times that if you can play drums, you can almost play any instrument. So afterward, I tried playing guitar and piano. I'm not the best at piano, but I can play some things.
I took my custom bass guitar off the wall, plugging it into the stereo and switching the stereo on. I learned bass since it was too hard for Jinx. It was pretty awesome, and I started to play Seven Nation Army by White Stripes.
After awhile, I started making a song up. It was pretty awesome, and soon I just totally started shredding it.
"What-- holy sh*t!" Jinx yells over the noise, and I look up at her.
"Can't hear you bro!" I yell, putting a foot on the wheelie chair as I play.
Jorel walks in behind her, followed by all the other guys. I haven't even seen them in a week! I grinned after Charlie closed the door, and I tried setting the bass down, but the strap was stuck around me.
My foot pushed off the wheelie chair, causing me to stumble back and fall carelessly to the floor. Silence. Then laughter from Shelby.
"Really.. Ow.." I groan throwing the bass off me, and starting to stand up. Matthew made his way over to me, taking my hand before pulling me up.
"That was amazing." Johnny said in complete awe, since he plays mostly bass for the band. I bowed and thanked him.
"Play more bass in the band!" Charlie said, jumping up to see me as he stood behind the guys.
"Okay, so they came over for a reason. To hang out." Jinx tells me, throwing herself at the couch.
Dylan walks over to the coffee table, watching the fish swim around carelessly. He was as content as he could be, staring at the colorful tropical fish we had put in there. "How much was this?"
"Let's just say a lot." I say, sitting in the couch with Shelby. She looked at me, and I shrugged.
"Dory!" Dylan laughed as a blue tang fish swam by him.
"Fag." Charlie coughed, sitting on the other side of the couch. The others piled on afterward.
"You're cocky." Jinx says to me, and I roll my eyes.
"You're just jealous.." I say in a sing-song voice giggling. She full on punched me in the stomach.
It's on. I tackled her and we went rolling around the place. Jinx was laughing her butt off, thinking that it was a total joke that I tackled her. Johnny and Matt had to rip me off her.
"You don't punch me! That's disrespectful! You hurt my f*cking feelings! I thought we were friends!" I scream, and Matthew covers my mouth.
"Now can you see why I need to get her pills?! She's crazy!"
"Am not!"
