Fall

Autumn came. Green turned to brown and orange and red. Cinnamon filled the air, dancing with the crisp cold. Couples would sit on benches sipping from starbucks cups with pumpkin lattes. Friends would chit chat about getting together with family over the holidays. chitting and chatting about the smallest details. Everything had a lightness to it that it didn't usually have. ON halloween kids knocked on doors demanding sweets, threatening the homeowners with plastic pitchforks and knives. Everyone laughed. Nothing felt wrong. Some started fires. Others went onto amazon and EBay looking for early presents for their nieces and nephews. The hosting families bargained with other families when trying to get the best turkey possible to make their grandparents and families in law proud. (TBC)

Personify an object around you. Your teacup for example. What does it do and say?

I am yellow. Sweet. Tropical. Hatted yet adored. Some may say that I am bland, but in truth they are simply jealous of my majesty. Oh, you don't like me in that tart? Well sucks to be you. You don't deserve to taste me anyways. You and your foolish companions took me away from my bunch, my gang, my- my bundle! This is my revenge.

But wait... who is that lovely fruit over there? They with the round red bumps that is in a transparent box with their family? The one with sass and sourness and yet is not overly sweet? Oh look! They're coming over! Hello there my love, you look absolutely delectable. I am so flattered to have made your acquaintance. (TBC)

Write a one-scene play about a princess who has been turned into a prince

*evil witch*: I know! I will curse you princess Brainana into becoming a prince! Yesssss *cackles*

*deadpan princess*: Oh no. So cruel and-uh-scary. Please please don't.

*same tone deaf witch*: Yesss and everyone will forget you ever were a princess.

*PB*: Oh dam.

*Witch waves hands* *poof of yellow smoke*

*prince now appears**looks down with shock then a massive smile appears*: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! THIS MEANS SO MUCH TO ME!! *hugs*

*witch in shock*: wait- what?

*Prince*: I never felt like I was a girl. I don't think i ever really was a princess, at least not inside, so thank you for changing me into a prince *beams*

*witch*: oh! Well I guess glad I could help you (although that was not my goal). Do you have a name you'd prefer me to call you?

*Prince*: Ummm... could you actually call me Brian?

*witch*: ya, no problem

AND THEY BECAME BEST FRIENDS
