At home
You were laying down on your bed listening to music, deep in your own thoughts. Yet, one same thought kept popping into your mind.
Is Oikawa cheating?
What? No. Of course not, he's not like that. But why he was acting all hostile when you brought it up?
Knocking you out of your thoughts, your ringtone started playing, startling you.
You pick up your phone checking to see who was disturbing...
Oikawa. Of course, he's probably calling to apologize...again.
It's not that you don't want his apologies, you just don't know how to accept it.
You love Oikawa but, you know how he is.
You hit the answer button to the facetime request with an aggitated groan and wait for the lines to connect.
Your boyfriend pops up and smiles at the sight of you.
"Im surprised you answered" he said.
"What's up Toru?" you said with no emotion, "Come to apologize again?"
He sighed running his hand through his hair, cleary frustrated, "Look y/n, I really did not mean what I said earlier. You're really important to me and you really are my top priority, I swear what I said was out of anger. This is my second time apologizing, I cannot lose you y/n, please just forgive me".
You knew he was telling the truth, but there's always some truth behind bitter words, right?
You let out an audible sigh, trying to figure out if you should let the matter go. Not wanting to talk about the subject you asked "Where are you even at?"
"uh, im in my car waiting in a parking lot" he said softly, taken aback by you not saying anything about his apology.
"Oh, whatre you doin-"
You were cut off by a feminine voice on the other line and then heard nothing as your boyfriend muted himself, laying his phone in his lap.
It was only a minute until he talked again, you didn't think too much of it. But did it help your wondering thoughts?
Not at all.
"Who was that" you asked just being curious.
"She still doesn't know?" you heard the unknown girl say.
You automatically tense and your mind goes wild.
Oikawa turns his head looking toward the passenger seat, he gives her a scolding look.
As if she wasn't suppose to say that.
You scoffed, catching on to what was going on. Not being able to stand Oikawa, you hang up the phone.
The feeling was overwhelming. Heart pounding, negative thoughts flooded your mind instantly.
Did I do something wrong? Am I not giving him enough? What does she have that I don't?
Your mind became fuzzy and without realizing, you were crying.
You sat you back against your headboard, pushed your knees against your chest, and let the tears come out.
You never knew you could cry this much, or this long.
You didn't know whether you were angry, or hurt.

The sound of your ringtone woke you, you didn't even realize you had fallen asleep or how long it had been.
Without checking the contact you swiped accept and answered the call.
Assuming it was Oikawa, you shouted "What the fuck do you want Tōru?!?"
"Uh y/n?" a familiar voice said.
