When Nivah laid her eyes on Mr. Krishiv Roy a.k.a Barkha's brother she felt she has come to the end of her quest. As they say, every end is the new beginning of a new story. She has come to the end of the journey called ' find him '. Now starts the journey called ' woo him '. She was smiling so big that Neil feared that she would break her jaw. Well, she can't be blamed as she finally felt she was led by her destiny to him.
Krishiv was still in his poker face while his inside was doing summersaults with just one look on her face. But he has a reputation to maintain and he also didn't want his family, especially Neil to find out otherwise he would ship him, tease him, and know he would get them married the very next day.
"Nivah this is my brother Krishiv, Krishiv Roy," said Barkha as formally as she can and prayed to God Nivah calls him Mr. Roy.
Nivah could understand that by Barkha's pitiful prayers. So she composed herself and said "Pleasure meeting you Mr. Roy, I am Nivah Lavanya Aurora," and held her hand out for a shake.
Krishiv didn't expect Nivah to turn out this formal to him. He expected her to jump all around the place like a bunny. And maybe even be all over him with the confession of love. But thank God she held herself strong.
He held her hand and said "Krishiv Roy,". But Krishiv thought too soon about her ' formal greeting '. Utterly mistaken.
Nivah's mischief side wouldn't quench its thirst until it didn't do anything worth the risk. Hence making her mind she ever so slowly scratched his palm with her long nails, which turned pretty easy as his hands held hers completely.
Krishiv shrieked at her this action. And much to his dismay, it turned much more sexual to him as it ran a shiver down his spine. But he still managed his poker face.
Nivah was quite disappointed at his lack of response. She almost thought that he forgot her if it wasn't for the deep holes he was burning in her eyes. She tried to hold the eye contact if not for Neil and Barkha practically begging her to look away.
"Bhai, this is Nivah, my friend I was telling you about," said Barkha.
Krishiv just nodded directly looking at her eyes. And surprisingly she held the strong gaze with him. This bought a sense of trouble in the rest seated there as no one said a word and none were ready to back off. They knew would never drop his gaze until the opposite person as it showed his authority and dominating aura over the situation. And Nivah was also not the one to back off when someone just challenged her.
As if all their prayers were answered at the same time Nivah's ' boyfriend ' entered the scenario. "Hey Nivah, now tell me who you wanted to introduce," he said excitedly to meet his favorite god-grandaughter.
Nivah got distracted from the ongoing contest and turned towards her ' boyfriend ' swung her hand towards his and side hugged him. "Boyfriend I wanted you to meet these people. This Barkha, Neil, Barkha's grandfather and her brother Mr.Roy, and everyone this is boyfriend," she scrunched her nose at the way of introduction and continued "I mean Ramkrishna the co-owner of this place with his wife Annapurna and she is " looking at all the directions to find her and when she finally did she pointed her finger at the direction "right over there," and continued to side hug him.
