He's Mine

Ch. 2

Dainsleif walks inside the dorm. Seeing the two of his roommates in the couch. The smaller one fell asleep into the taller man's shoulder.

"Huh, Dainsleif never shows up this early. Must be because of Aether, huh." Ajax thinks. The man mischievously smiles. Dain gave him a glare. Ajax can tell that Dain is a possessive type. "As if. Aether doesn't belong to no one, at the moment." Ajax thinks.  "I'll set Aether into his bed. Go clean up your mess and rest yourself." The blonde man stares coldly. Seeing the smaller man makes him feel at ease. "Well, Aether is sleeping peacefully right now with me. I bet you'll wake him up if you carry him." The ginger man smiled at him blandly. "No, he has to rest, Ajax. We have a lot of stuff we have to do tomorrow. I assure that you must know that." After waiting for 2 minutes, Ajax decided to let it off, for now. Aether needs to rest. He cannot see Aether suffer while in school.

It is early in the morning. Aether had woken up by the alarm. When he got up, he checked on his phone to see the time. "It's 6:08 am. Still early." He yawns and immediately got up from the bed. He was about to go to his bathroom, not until he heard a knock on the door. "Oh, come on in!" Still yawning. "Good Morning, Aether. I made breakfast today. Please eat when you're done changing." As the older man smiles at him. "Too bright" Aether thinks. "Good Morning Zhongli! Thank you, I'll change right away." Aether hurriedly moves.

*fast forward*

As Aether goes out of his room, he saw Zhongli and Ajax sitting on the couch. Wondering where Dainsleif might be, he probably is just busy. He's not yet familiar with the place on the university . When Zhongli offered him his breakfast, he thanked him genuinely. He was very grateful for it, considering the life of a college student, you'll get pretty busy with part-time jobs and the amount of school works. Fortunately for Aether, he doesn't have to go to part-time job. "I might have to leave now. My class starts at 8 am. Good luck, Aether." As he walks past the doors, he wondered that major Zhongli is in. When he heard a call from his sister, he gladly answers it. "Hey bro, I was wondering where Dain might be. Is he with you?" Lumine asks "Huh, that's rare." Aether thinks. "I think he left pretty early. Why is it?" He asks. "Oh, I was wondering if you'll have someone with you." Aether can see it. He can see his sister's concern. Although, he is not a child anymore. He can handle it well now. "I'm fine." He smiles.

After Ajax heard their conversation, he wondered why Lumine is too concern. Well, if he has a feeling, maybe it's just instincts. He feels it too when he's with his little siblings. "Want me to show around here at the school? Well, if you have time." Ajax smiles, expecting Aether to accept his offer. "Dain had already showed me around tho. If you want, wanna go to the nearest café here?" Ajax looks at him. Greatly astonished. He didn't expect that but it's better than showing the school buildings that he sees as always. Albeit, he doesn't mind it with Aether. "Alright! When is the time on your first class?" He asks "its 10 am. We have 2 hours left." He felt good after Aether changed their plans. Luckily his schedules are very convenient for him.

After they have arrived at the café, he went through his phone meanwhile Ajax was ordering. It feels like a date. He thinks. He decided to go through his phone so he can entertain himself. He goes through twitter and saw Ajax's mutuals, screaming and shouting. "Huh? Why is my timeline full of them? How?!" He scrolls further into their profiles till he see a band posters all over their Tweets. "This band must be really famous in this university, huh." As he noticed a dark Turquoise haired man stared at him. Weird. He asks what's wrong, not until Ajax interrupted them. Ajax had a big smile on his face. As if he almost got everything he needed in his life. He turned back in where the dark turquoise haired man was, he saw nothing. Although, he kinda seemed familiar but he lets himself off this time. After 30 minutes of chatting, or getting to know themselves more better, Aether received a call from an unknown number. "Huh, that's kinda creepy." He thinks. "Ajax, do you know whose number this is?" He shows his phone onto the taller man. "That's probably Dainsleif. Answer it." He smiles. "How'd you know?" Aether asks. "I know that number because it is very familiar." He just lets it off.
