~part 8~

I ran round the corner and thats when the water started to pick up and the elemento formed dad ran over to pretend to stop it and i ran after him. Honestly I wanted to help.
On my way i saw she was running the opposite direction to the elemento but a building next to her was starting to crumble.
"MJ! WATCH OUT!" I shouted running over to grab her out the way.
I managed to shover her past it in time and we were both safe.
"Oh my god, thank you" she said.
"No problem, lets go" i said helping her up and running back to the hotel, which was perfectly intacted.
Me and mj changed into new and dry clothes and sat by the stairs while the rest of out class arrived and settled too.
"Its aliens. It has to be" said ned .
"Buzzfeed says theres a sailor named morris bench. Who was exposed to an experimental underwater generator and got hydro powers" betty said. The new and surprising couple were trying to work out what the elemento and as expected they are wayyy off. Like not even close which makes my life easier.
"Yeah, you should definitely believe everything you read on the internet." Mj laughed.
"You never know it could be" I laughed
"Not likely".
"Spiderman could take him" flash interrupted. Not very likely flash my dad and his drones are way to powerful for that.
"What do you think it is?" Said mr Harrington as him and mr dell watched the news.
"Being a man of science... witches" mr dell said seriously.
He was also really far off the truth.
"Who is that guy?" Betty questioned
My dad
"Hes like iron man and thor rolled into one" brad said in amazement.
"He's alright, hes no spiderman" flash argued
Yes flash he's not Hes ten times better.
"What is it with you and spidermen?" I asked.
"What? He's just awesome. OK? He protects the neighbourhood and he's inspiring.  He inspires me to be a better man.  Whats up dickwad?thought of you drowned." Flash said confidently.
"Sounds like his names mysterio" brad said trying to understand the news.
"L'uomo de misteruo, is Italian for man of mystery they don't actually know who he is" mj said.
"Mysterio." Ned smiled.
"Cool name" ned and betty said at the same time so in-sync it was creepy.
"Babe" they said awing at each other. They are really really cute together but also really really cringe... it's weird.
"So how much of that did yous actually see?" Peter asked. He seemed pretty worried most likely about his identity.
"Not much, i was running" mj said.
"Yeah mj nearly got hit my a falling building but i saved her" i bragged.
"Oh god, mj im glad your okay im glad both of you are ok" he mumbled
"Thanks, what about you" mj laughed.
"Right, yeah i was running too. So, Paris tomorrow. Going to the Eiffel tower should be great." He said smiling at me.
"Yeah, im really excited for that" I smiled back.
"Yeah, i read it was secretly built as a mind control antenna to create an army of the insane" mj interrupted.
"Oh" he said
"I read that too, thats why its one of my favourite designations on the whole trip" i went on.
"Well y/n its late we should probably get ready for bed"
"Yeah, night peter" i said hugging him and then running up the stairs after mj.
I got my pjs on in the bathroom and mj in our shared bed room.  I came out and i sat down on the bed as mj brushed her teeth.
"So.... You and peter" She spoke breaking the silence
