I'm trying, I really am.
The thing is, I'm easily distracted. And if I'm not being distracted then I don't know, I guess I'm just too tired to write-- As I've stated, I work in a pub and it's the Easter Holidays which means every mother fucker has suddenly appeared from all corners of the area and... well, no.
In short, I haven't found the time to write the next chapter, and every time I do I can't write any more than a paragraph or two because I'm really scared I won't do Finn's departure any justice. No, I'm not even kidding, I'm really scared.
Look, I only wrote this to formally apologise for the wait I've put on you guys, I realise it's taking the piss a little. So, I'm sorry and I thank all of you for being patient and I'm also sorry for yet another Author's note, they're a pain in the ass-- I know.
But on the bright side (She says with much enthusiasm) I know for certain the next chapter will be really long, so maybe that'll make up for my appauling ability to update regularly. It's gonna be filled with memories too, so I hope you guys don't mind me jumping from present time to Carter's memories a lot.
Again, sorry for the wait! You should definitely have an update by Sunday though, since I'm going travelling again and I want you guys to have a chapter to read before then!
