    *A few hours before*

Ezio and laid in the bed for hours, letting out bodies do all the talking, as we caught up for all the lost time between us. My hips throbbed in pleasure as my body felt more at ease then it had been in a while, all the knots gone. He didn't go gentle either which had turned me on even more and led to one of the most enjoyable nights of my life. We had barely gotten any sleep and I knew the others didn't as well seeing that he was dead set on making me the loudest I had ever been, my throat a bit sore now. I wasn't going to apologize for it either, I deserved to have some fun. Laying curled up on Ezio my fingers traced across his abs, feeling his body shake slightly at my touch, though we just laid their in peace. It would be morning soon and glancing out the window I could tell that in just an hour or so the sun would rise. As much as I would have loved to lay here all day in his arms I had duties to attend to.

"How was Venezia?" I asked softly, breaking our silence. He hummed a bit at that before he answered.

"It was... Rough but it went well. Barbargio is dead and his brother Agostino is the new Doge of Venezia. I was skeptical at first but he does hate his brother and his plans with a passion. Venezia is safe for now, but we had to attack the Arsenal.  Silvio is dead but the Templars set sail for Cyprus in search of something but I am not to sure what" Ezio explained "I have no idea when it will return but hopefully it's soon"

"They're looking for the piece of Eden Ezio, it's the only reason why they would waist resources like that" I said, now more worried then ever though I didn't show it. If the Templars got their hands on the piece then we would all be in danger. This... It wasn't good and it didn't help that both of the rites had been pulling me in both directions, all demanding my attention as none of what it dealt with was little. "After I finish up here I will head back to Venezia with you. We can't let the Templars keep their hold on the apple"

"And what do you have to do here?" Ezio asked curiously.

"I have to keep the remaining Gauls safe, General Völker is leading an attack against them though he's disguising it as an attack on Nürenburg, I have to meet with the Clan leader today to discuss how to keep the people safe, only fifty of us remain. That and I need to deal with this traitor, his days our numbered" I answered. He hummed as the arms he had around my waist squeezed my gently as if to reassure me.

"Like I said Bella I'm here to help you. When do you plan to meet this clan leader?"

"I should head there now, he sent me a letter asking to meet him a couple of days ago. I have assassin's watching them but I'm sure they're weary enough as it is" I started as I broke free from his grip and got up, wincing just a bit from the sudden movement as I made my way towards my robes. I had a feeling I'd be walking funny today but it was definitely worth it. With him, with what we did, I felt complete again. Loved. Wanted. He pouted a bit and groaned as I began to get dressed. Glancing up at him I watched as he sat up from the bed, his eyes never on e leaving me, as he just stared with a starstruck gaze in his eye. "See something you like Auditore?"

"Sì I do, you" he said before he tossed the covers to the side and got up as well, grabbing his robes that had been scattered all over the floor. I smirked slightly at that thought I flushed. I still didn't know how he did it. "You don't mind if I come with you then, do you?"

"Not at all" I said with a small smile. Truth was I wasn't looking forwards to doing this alone and I had hoped that someone I could trust would go with me like Milo but he had still kept his distance, and that was something that I had to respect. I ran my fingers through my hair, trying to make it presentable and as neat as I could and not like I had just gone through hours of rough sex all the while Ezio had just neatly combed his back and tied it into that ribbon. Oh how easy that must have been for him, unfortunately my hair was to thick to even remotely tie it up like that and besides I had my braids and my feathers. Once I made sure my robes were on right and presentable, fitting where everything should have been I made my way out of my room Ezio not to far from me as he rushed out. He was going to have to stay close to me at all times seeing as he knew no German and English had rarely floated around this city. Last thing I needed was him getting lost or accidentally insulting somebody. As we walked I could feel eyes in us in the halls, assassin's and novices walking down them as they all cast us curious looks, some smirking and blushing, as others eyed Ezio curiously. I knew what their smirks were for a pervert could figure it out. I'd have to talk to him about keeping it a bit quieter as he looped my arm through his. I gave him a curious look as he only smiled. I had to admit he was very affectionate and part of me liked that he had done this, it made me feel like the wife I was and the gentlemen he had been. Just enjoying the silence between us I lead us to the stables. This was going to be a bit of a ride.

By the time we got there I had given Ezio the horse gifted to me by Caturix while I readied Equinox. It didn't take to long and before I knew it Ezio and I rode out of the stables into the town side by side, slowly riding through as to not worry the city guard. This looming tension of war had everyone on edge and I didn't need to spook any. If I did that would cause a scene. As we walked Ezio took a look around, admiring the architecture of the town seeing as this was much different then Italy. Our roads held steep slopes in certain areas, stone towers looked over brightly painted cottage like houses that had sharp pointed roofs, much different then the flat tiled roofs be was used to. I held a smirk as I watched his shocked expression. This was where I learned to climb, to free run, to become an assassin and this was the reason why I was so good at it. If one could master this rough terrain then one could master any terrain. I knew he wanted to say something but he was still looking around and adjusted to his surroundings. I had to admit it was a nice change of pace for me, I had been so used to living in his world: to seeing his culture and architecture, hearing his native tongue, and now he was in mine. I hadn't realized how much I missed speaking my mother tongue until I got here.
