【Ｃｈａｐｔｅｒ １５】

That's weird, since this morning everyone was acting weird even Carlos!? That dog is very intelligent indeed, but what the fuck is up with everyone. I tried to get some conversation earlier but they all were ignoring me like I wasn't there, mi familia is so weird sometimes. "It must be stupid prank they're doing, but seriously IT'S ALREADY NIGHT TIME AND THEY'RE STILL IGNORING ME?!" I talked to myself as I sighed and continue to look outside my window.

"Even the Madrigals were in this stupid prank, but the night sky is pretty enough not to make me stress over it" I said as someone knocked on my door, "Come in!" I shouted. No one came inside, I opened my door to see no one but a box was left on my front door with a pair of pretty white heels. "Pfft what is this, my prom dress?" I said in a sarcastic tone to get a reaction but nothing, I shrug and took the box and the heels. I open the box to see a pretty white dress down to my knees, there was a note with it, "Wear this and meet Carlos downstairs" it says. 

I wore the dress and heels, I twirl around and giggled. "I like this" I said as I walk to my vanity and took a white ribbon to put on my head, I paired my outfit with rose pink earrings since I also wore the hair clip that was clipped to the ribbon. "Now let's meet Carlos" I said satisfied with my look, I went down to see Carlos waiting patiently and he has a ribbon tied to his neck. "Adorable" I thought as he wags his tail, "Where are you taking me Carlos?" I smiled as I opened the door and followed Carlos.

As we walk, people were greeting me and complimenting me and Carlos. We arrived at the casa as I sighed, tired from all the greeting and responding to everyone down town. Carlos was waiting at the entrance of the gazebo, "Carlos, did you make me come here just to pla-" I stopped when I looked inside to see everyone.

But Camilo.

They were all there with candles on their hands, "Am I dead or something?" I blurted out as Cielo laughed making Daniel smack her arm. "You're not dead Lara, but someone is waiting for you" Daniel said, "Who? Lord?" I said walking up to them. "No Lara! Just keep on walking" Mirabel giggled as I sighed, "I keep on sighing today because of you guys" I said as I hear my mom sigh as well. "You weren't the only one" she said as I chuckle, "You are my mother after all" I respond as me and Carlos continue walking till everyone was out of sight and I could only see the gazebo.

"Hola mi amor" someone whispered on my ear as I move away to see Camilo, "When are you going to stop sneaking up on me like that?" I said as he laughed. "I won't" he said walking up to the gazebo, "Hey aren't you going to e-" I stopped from talking as I spot fireflies starting to light up the area. It was so pretty, I was too amazed at how pretty the place was and not nothing that Camilo already reached the gazebo. "Hey princess! I can't wait long you know!" he shouted as I came back to my senses and walked to the gazebo as Carlos played on the field, "What is this all about?" I ask facing Camilo's back.

"Well, I just wanted to surprise you" he said not turning around, I crossed my arms. "Surprise me by making everyone ignore me?" I said in a mono tone voice as he giggled, "No no hermosa, that wasn't the surprise" he said. "Then the dress?" "Nope, look to your side" he said as I look at the field only to see that something was written from the formation of the fireflies. "Will you be my girlfriend?" I whispered reading the words created by the fireflies, I honestly didn't expect the fireflies to form something. I look back at Camilo only to see him with roses in his hands and because of the fireflies I could clearly see he was wearing a tuxedo vest style which was definitely my type and it looks good on him. 

"Surprise? Aha, I didn't get to ask you properly back then so I wanted to do it properly this time with effort" he said rubbing his nape looking else where, I could see he was blushing. "So Lara, my amor. Will you be my girlfriend? Properly asking this time" he said walking up to me and smiled, I swear tears were rolling down my face, "Amor..?" he looked worried. "I never knew you had the guts to do this properly, made me cry even!" I said as he chuckles, god he makes me want to curl up into a ball and scream, he's so pretty.

"Ah my answer right! I would love to be your girlfriend, Camilo" I said as he hands me the flowers, I looked at how pretty they were. "Lara" he called as I look up and out lips met, it's been a long time since we last kissed, did he control himself just for this to be sweet? I don't care, he can kiss me anytime any day. Just not everyday.

We parted as I look into his eyes, "You're really pretty you know that right?" I said as he wiped the tears on my face. "Says the one who looks stunning, and you're not wearing glasses too!" "I'm wearing contacts just for this" I smiled, "Whatever you wear you look beautiful as always" he whispered wrapping his arms around my waist and bumped each others forehead. "I really do love you amor" he said, "I love you too Camilo".

"WOOH! TEHY'RE FINALLY OFFICIAL OFFICIAL!" someone shouted making me look out the gazebo to see everyone, Cielo was of course the one shouting. "YEAH! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GET YOURS?!" I shouted back as she glared at me, "Not nice" she said but I heard it I laugh. "Let's get down here shall we? We also prepared food" Camilo said offering a hand, "You guys really planned this out huh?" I took his hand as we walk down. "I only told them about me properly asking you, they were the once suggesting to be this grand" he sighed, "Doesn't matter though, I know that anything you do for me has your love and effort on them" I said making him kiss my had. "Glad you're aware" he smiles.

God, I love this man
