Harry pov (current age; 14):
Harriette's been helping me a lot whenever dad left.
Cj didn't know about it but it didn't seem to matter for now.
Dad would be gone for the rest of the day and Harriette looked at me.
"Come, I have a little suprise for you." she said and she dragged me to her room.
Cj was hanging out with Zevon so we didn't have to worry about her either.

"Close your eyes." Harriette said as she made me sit down on her bed.
I felt how she was putting the eyeliner on my face again and I tried to hide my smile.
"Okay, one second." Harriette said and I heared how she was clearly looking for something.
"Open your eyes." she said and I saw how she was holding one of her old dresses in her hands.
"Put it on." she said and I really wanted to.
"But... what if dad or Cj-"
"They won't." Harriette reassured me and she handed her old pirate dress to me.
"I won't look." she whispered and I quickly changed as she turned away.
"Huh, you wear it better then I ever did." Harriette said and she looked at me.
"Maybe it should be yours." she whispered in my ear as she stood behind me (while we stood in front of the mirror).
For the first time in years, it seemed like I saw myself instead of... of someone who doesn't even exist.
"Thank you..." I mumbled.
We heared the frontdoor slam and Harriette looked at me.
"Shit... Get changed back into your own clothes and go to your room, pretend to be asleep or something and hide your face." Harriette said as she went downstairs; buying me some time.

I was lying on top of my bed, my face towards the wall... Then dad wouldn't notice unless he'd walk to me.
"He was exhausted dad, please just leave him alone..." I heared Harriette say.
For the past two years Harriette and I managed to never get caught.
And I was hoping that today would be the same.
"I got something for him so he has to wake up." dad's voice said.
"Can't it wait?" Harriette said and I could hear footsteps coming closer.
I pressed my face into the pillow and my breath stocked out of fear.
"Hey kid!" dad yelled and I whimpered softly.
"Get up!" father yelled.
"Please, dad... Just let him rest-" Harriette said but dad grabbed my shoulder, turing me... seeing the make-up on my face.
"OH HELL NO!" dad yelled and he dragged me along.
"Dad leave him alone!" Harriette yelled and I looked at dad.
"W- what are you going to... to do?" I asked in fear.

He locked the two of us up in thr bathroom and Harriette kept banging on the door.
"Pull your pants down." dad said and I looked at him.
"W-why...?"
"DO IT!"
I flinched and quickly did as I was told.
"Look down." dad said and I looked at him.
"Please don't make me..." I mumbled.
"LOOK. DOWN."
I did and saw how the little guy was hanging between my legs.
"You're a boy. Boys don't wear make-up!" dad yelled.
I didn't say a thing and dad looked at me.
"Or is there something you'd have to tell me?" he sissed and I shoke my head.
I couldn't tell him like this...
"Get your sister to get that shit off your face. Understood?!" he barked and I nodded.
He let me out if the bathroom after I pulled my pants back up and Harriette cupped my face in her hands.
"Are you okay?"
I nodded, depsite it was a lie.
She heared everything and she told me to sit down on her bed.
She whiped the eyeliner off my face and looked at me.
"We'd have to tell both dad and Cj at some point..." she said when she was done and I looked at her.
"Please... don't make me..."
"Hey, hey... Easy..." she said as I was about to cry and she hugged me tightly.
