I watched Avry disappear behind the bathroom door. Being left with nothing really to do when I had already looked around his apartment.

My attention drifts away for a moment until my bare feet begin to buzz a bit, out of the corner of my eye I see the smaller male's dog scratching at the bathroom door. The sweet thing seems so distraught, perhaps he is normally in there with Avry?

I lean down a bit and offer my hand out for the collie. Clicking my tongue in a soft manner to get his attention, "Come here pretty boy."

Finn in return, looks back at me and scampers over in an eager manner. A smile paints along my face and I kneel to pet him, being sure to scratch behind his ears. After a while you just - tend to recognize these things. To develop a sort of gift that allows me in a way to read minds before my person even acts on it.

The most peculiar thing is... with the short brunette it is the direct opposite. For I did not even see him coming. It saddens me about that, oh dear I hope he is not too upset with me about that.

Sitting on the hardened wood floor, mindlessly petting Finn. I catch wind on how I yearn to know about my assigned person. Normally I could know someone's story by simply passing by them on the street. All of a sudden their whole life and future is laid about before me. With Avry it is different, when I look at him I see a bunch of question marks and honestly... that terrifies me.

Letting a soft breath go, I adjust my position a bit on the floor and notice the soft toned animal out the corner of my eye. There had been a dark grey basket in the corner of the room near the bookshelf that seemed to be filled with his toys.

The ball of creamy colored fluff had began to rummage through it, bouncy balls and rope-like toys spill out. I allow myself to let a few chuckles slip out and Finn pulls back, a patch of a light emerald color spilling out of his jaw.

I tilt my head off to the side a bit in curiosity on what exactly could be in this boy's mouth. So I eagerly pat my lap and Finn frantically turns around, zooming towards me. My eyes widening until I am pushed back onto the floor.

I lightly grunt, happily petting the animal and soon notice the dog has a scaly green, stuffed animal crocodile. By the way it takes him a bit to fully chomp down on it, there seems to be a squeaker in it. For a moment my lips pull into a frown, but I still manage to gather the squeaky toy in one of my hands and throw it across the way for Finn to fetch it.

I do such for a good few times, almost immediately I forget about the failure my ears provide for not being able to let me hear at all. I get ready to toss it again when I feel a harsh thud come from down the hall. In an instant I am on my feet and my hand flies to the doorknob, not caring if it were locked or not.

It pushes open easily and I moved to the shower, the silhouette of the male is in the bottom of the tub through the dark shower curtain. I nonchalantly pull it back and scoop him up like his lift had depended on it.

He immediately clings onto me, his damp and prune like fingers latching to my shoulders as his wetness begins to seep against my chest. I did not care that it happened, I was too focused on making sure he was alright.

"Are you alright?"

I pull him up and out of the running shower, the misty lukewarm droplets spraying us in a soft kiss. "I felt the thud... is your head feeling okay?"
