*María's POV*

'O-oh! I'm so sorry Hernando' I stutter as I'm not sure what is happening. I turn to Mirabel and she chuckles a bit and shakes her head. She approaches her Tío.

'Tío! This is-'

'María!' He says and removes his bucket and runs to give me a tight hug. I scrunch my eyebrows together but I hug back. He then steps back with a big smile on his face. His dark hair waving all over the place and his eyes looked even darker within the walls. He played with his fingers anxiously. 'I-er- I saw you in one of my many visions! You are a very sweet girl! You don't deserve what is coming.....' He mutters the last part so I couldn't hear him.

'Thank you for the compliments Bruno! But what was that last bit?-' I ask but he just shakes his head he then hits it with his hand then on a plank of wood.

'Its nothing! Nothing at all! Follow me quickly!' He says. I walk after him slowly. Mirabel came by my side.

'So?'

'He's sweet' I smile to her. She smiles back and we follow Bruno. We turn left then right then right again the a left then another left then a right then another right and another then a left. We kept turning and twisting for what felt like hours until he stopped outside a door. I bump into him accidentally at the sudden stop. 'Lo siento (sorry)'

He smiles and just opens the door. Inside was covered in old but useful rubbish and lots and lots of....rats. in the center of the whole room was a big arm chair, a red carpet underneath and a stool with what looked like a cardboard stage with little cutouts of people. I smile as I walked around the room. I walked over to the little brown table with a single chair and a broken fork and knife on top and what looked like a painted on plate and Bruno's name written at the bottom of it. It resembled the individual Madrigal plates that are set up for them at dinner. I gasped and turned around. Miarbel and Bruno had sad looks.

'No....' I mumble to myself but the seemed to have heard.

'I wasn't much help for the familia, more of a burden, I just- I wanted them to be proud of me- but I knew it would never happen......so I left.....no one seemed to care so....I never came back.....' Bruno stands up. I slowly walk towards him and give him a warm and comforting hug. He squeezes me half to death.

'Your no burden Bruno.....you are an amazing man and let no one tell you any different! I sure don't think you are any of the things the towns folk say! And you did make your familia proud! Definitely everyone was influenced by your absence! Don't ever say that about yourself!! Or I will....or I'll break someone's nose!' I state. I earn a laugh and a chuckle from the two. He pulls away with a small tear down his cheek. I smile at him and wipe it away with my sleeve.

'Gracias María' He says. I giggle and nod.

'Its my gift!' I state puffing out my chest in pride. The two burst out laughing. 'Maleducado (rude)' that sent them into another fit of giggles. I pout and cross my arms. Their laughter slowly died down and then suddenly turned serious. I gulped.

'María.....I brought you here because we need to see the future and apparently Bruno needs two of us to see the vision properly' Mirabel states. I nod.

'If there is more than one person in the future and their futures are somehow connected I can't see it properly unless I have them here with me so then I can focus on just them or sometimes something that is deeply involved or attached to that person could be even better! It's kinda just how it works....' Bruno explains.

I nod. 'Bien (alright) let's do this!' I state. I grab both their wrist and tug them out of the room but suddenly come to a hault when Antonio was standing right in front of me with his animal friends. I smile nervously. 'H-hola Antonio'

'I know everything' He states bluntly. 'The rats told me! So I know you need somewhere to use for Tío Bruno's prophecys' He says. He tilts his body to the side so he was looking around my skirt and looked up at Bruno. Antonio shyly waved. 'H-hola Tío'

'H-hola sobrino (nephew)' Bruno waved back. Antonio grinned then looked back up at me with grabby hands. I giggled and picked hum up in my arms. I rubbed my nose off his. He chuckled.

'Let's do this thing!' I say. I sprint down the walls of Casita with Antonio in my arms as the others follow close behind.
