We are back at the compound in the meeting room talking about the visions I've been having. "Do you remember what he looked like?" Clint asks.

"Uhm not really no I couldn't see his face clearly it was dark but he had a metal vest on with a white X on it and that his name is crossbones." I explain.

"So all we know is that his name is crossbones, he wears some weird outfit with an x on and is with hydra AND wants Kat." Sam explains running his hands down his face.

"Pretty much sounds like it." Tony says with a sigh. "We need to head to shield." Steve says. "we need a meeting about crossbones." Nat says. "Alright let's head out." Steve says.

Once we arrive and head in to see fury I see a man standing next to him. "Alright people you know the drill take a seat and let's begin." Fury says.

"First things first this is our new recruit his name is brock rumlow, He will help keep an eye on Katherine here." Fury says. "Hi." brock says with a smirk.

"Why does his voice sound familiar?" I think to myself. I try to read his mind.

"got to protect her, protect Kat.."

I stand up quickly and walk out. "Why does his voice sound so familiar." I think to myself.

Bucky walks up to me. "Is everything okay?" Bucky asks with a worried look. "Uhm yeah just needed some air with everything going on." I say letting out a breath.

He pulls me in hug. "I'll do everything I can to protect you, I promise." Bucky says rubbing his hand up and down my back. I relax under his touch.

I look up at him and smile. "I know you will, I love you Bucky." I say pushing up on my toes an pressing my lips against his.

"I love you most doll." Bucky smiles against my lips. "Something is off with this Brock guy I need to find out more before I say anything to the team." I think to myself.

"Are you ready to go back inside?" Bucky asks softly. Yeah. I smile up at him. We headback inside and sit down.

"Thanks for joining us Katherine." Fury states with an annoyed look. "Sorry about that." I say nervously.

"It's fine. Now where were we?" Fury asks. "KitKats visions and what they possibly mean." Steve states. "Right, so you had this vision did you see anything maybe what the guy looked like?" Fury asks.

"I couldn't see his face there was just enough light to see that a vest he was wearing had a white x on it all I know is that his name is crossbones I've heard his name before back at hydra." I explain nervously.

'Also he kept saying how I belonged to hi- hydra and that I'd be back there soon." I add. "Well we will make sure that it won't happen, Brock here is gonna help keep an eye on things back at the compound he is our best soldier with shield. I'm sure yall can trust him." Fury explains.

"I don't know about that." I think to myself. "Alright that's it for today's meeting, I'll stay in touch." Fury says with a nod.

We stand up and head out to go back to the compound. As we're on the jet headed back off tried reading his mind again bit he literally thinking the words nothing..

Once we get back they have Brock stand watch outside the compound. I head up to my room to change and head to the gym.

I head into the gym and head for the punching bag. I put my earbuds in listening to my classic rock. I start punching the bag harder and harder and harder as memories play back in my head from hydra, and if I'll ever be able to escape them.
