Norah's P.O.V

Bravo to my bravery! Sitting useless after hitting a man, surrounded by his friends, and above all of that commanding him, actually I think I'm living in a fairy tale now.

Suddenly he smashed that cake on me. That made me worse. Cake all over me, humiliated, tears are ready to roll up.

No crying Norah, where is the bravery in me. Oops I can't find it.

"Norah!" I heard a voice and looked up.

"Rowan!"

He pushed and gave a smooth punch on that man's face. Ouch... That smooth, that the blood is oozing.

He lift me up. Wait! I'm a bit confused here,

did god made him to play half devil and half angel role for me?

Why is he here?

Tia and Rowan should be having fun today?

why in the hell is he here?

"Are you okay?" He asked me. Why am I hearing those words from him more often "Yeah".

Everyone is looking at my dress with disgust. My lovely white shirt and skirt is now a colourful as the cake and drink decided to give a rainbow and also not to mention the 'one shoe'.

"How are you planning to go?" He asked me quite slowly.

"Bus" I answer him quickly. "Are you sure about it?" He looked me from to toe.

I felt myself like a dustbin with all these, also irritated with my wet clothes.

"I can drop you if that's okay!" He looked at me.

Oh, don't do it boy, you'll be wasting your time. Go spend those precious time with Tia! My conscience shouted.

"No, it's fine". I stopped the conversation and started walking.

I took my shoe in other hand and and continued walking.

Is he still standing there? He should have just asked me one more time or else how can I just go like that.

Damn!! My legs slowed their movements.

"Hey" I turned within a second.

"What?" GOD! He was just behind me and I didn't expect it.

"The party will be over is a few minutes, do you wanna give those creepy fellows anymore pleasure by standing there?" I just kept silent.

"Then come on with me".

I followed him "My car is at the parking lot, wait here, I'll bring it here okay?" I turned

"No!" He stopped walking and looked at me with a confusion all over his face.

"I'll also come with you or else I'm afraid that you might have to take part in another fight!" He just smirked and nodded.

"Do you wanna change it?" He asked from nowhere. "What?"

"Um... I was just asking are you okay with the dress you are currently wearing?" He just break the eye contact and looked here and there.

"I don't have any extra clothes with me".

"Actually I have my basketball classes more often, so I always keep a pair of T-shirt and jeans with me. So.." He clears his throat at looked at me confused or tensed I can't put a finger on what he is thinking.

"You want it?"

"Umm..."

"Okay you can take it". He took his clothes from the car and handed it to me.

"You can change into this from inside the club, there is a restroom". I nodded.

We headed there and I changed to it. His T-shirt is too long for me. But It's so comfortable.

I cleaned myself and came out, he was standing outside with my shoes waiting for me.

"You got this?"

"Yup, it was down there, so I pick it up"

"Thanks" I smiled at him, he just looked at me.

On the way I called mama and said that I have a work, so don't worry I'll soon be there cause otherwise she will be having a minor atteck for not seeing me as the time flew.

"Are you hungry?" He asked.

"No" I lied.

How can I be hungry? I'm starving!! But I played it cool I guess.

"Okay, actually I'm quite hungry, as my party end up in vain so I'm buying something for me. So could you wait here?" He parked his car and asked me.

This is one of the worst moment I have ever experienced.

I nodded and watch him entering to the shop nearby. I felt betrayed. My tongue just betrayed me. It doesn't respond as I feel.

How can I watch him eating while I'm damn hungry here. I saw him coming from there. I tried my best to act normal. He had a pack in his hand. I put on my headset to ignore him eating.

He opened and take out a sandwich out. GOD! I'm dead hungry.

I listened to the random songs that came over spotify. But the smell.... Ooh I can't get rid of it. Poor me.

"Norah" I turned to Rowan in confusion, that I painted, "yeah" "it's okay to have one if you're hungry" he handed me a sandwich.

I felt embarassed but I took it otherwise I'll be dead cause of hunger. He laughed a bit then continued to eat. Wait! He laughed! So he knew how ot laugh great.

First time I'm seeing Rowan laughing. I just smiled to hide my pathetic situation and ate my sandwich I silence. He handed me a cola and our dinner is over.

Then we headed our way home. While driving I got a call from Ian.

"Hey"

"Hi" I replied.

"What's up?" I asked him on the phone.

"I just want to ask you that tomorrow evening there is a party going on for our victory! So would you like to join? It will be fun, you know..."

"Hmm.. Okay fine I'll be there"

"That's cool, my warrior!"

"Okay boy!" We both laughed.

"So good night"

"Good night" I wish him back and hung up.

Then I turned around to Rowan, he is just staring at me "What?" "Nothing" he concentrated on driving.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah" he nodded.

"Actually I heard of a rumour that..."

"That?"

"You and Ian is dating!" "It's not dating, we are friends"

"Since when" he asked suddenly. I turned to him.

"Hmm... Nothing". Then we reached home.
