Eren, Y/n, Mikasa and Armin were currently in the meadow, Y/n was lying down on the grass with her head rested on Eren's lap, the marks on her neck had disappeared now after Grisha treated them. Ever since that day Eren had become more protective of Y/n, not that Y/n minded, she was grateful. Eren had a small smile on his face he gently stroked Y/n's hair.
''Seeing you take care of Y/n like that makes me happy Eren'' Mikasa spoke up as she smiled at him, causing him to smile

''Yeah...you see, she doesn't have a family....when we found Y/n she was covered in a lot of wounds'' Eren spoke up as he looked at Y/n
''The people she lived with never took care of her....they hurt her....then when she escaped that hell, we found her in front of our house'' Eren added, causing Mikasa's and Armin's eyes to widen in shock
''That's why ever since that day....I promised to take very good care of Y/n....that's why she's precious to me....I don't know what I'd do if I ever lost Y/n'' Eren added further, with Armin and Mikasa listening carefully
''Well, we are your friends now, we can help you look after Y/n'' Armin spoke up as he smiled at Eren
''Yeah...but....you know we both want to join the Scout Legion'' Eren spoke up with a serious tone, causing Mikasa to sigh
''You know how dangerous it is Eren, there is no way we can let you and Y/n be reckless'' Mikasa spoke up as she shook her head
''You don't need to nag Mikasa'' Eren groaned in irritation
An hour later, the four of them were walking in the streets, talking about soldiers. Y/n's eyes saw something to her right. She sighed as she looked at the soldiers.
''They are just sitting there and doing nothing'' Y/n frowned as she watched those freeloaders have the time of their life
Whilst Y/n was looking at them, Eren charged over and yelled at them for just sitting around and doing nothing. Y/n, Mikasa and Armin watched Eren with frowns. But Y/n knew Eren was right. If ''they'' do come through the gates then the soldiers are supposed to fight. Y/n walked over to Eren and gently grabbed his hand brought him back.
''Eren....you don't need to waste time speaking to soldiers who aren't even serious'' Y/n spoke up
''We won't ever be like them....you got that'' Y/n added as she looked at Eren directly in the eyes, causing Eren to smile
''Yeah..'' Eren nodded
''Eren...Y/n, you should forget about the Scouting Legion....'' Mikasa spoke up with a neutral face
!!
''What's this...you're gonna make fun of them too?!'' Eren yelled
''Calm down Eren'' Armin spoke up as he looked at Eren worriedly
''It's not about making fun of them or anyth...'' Mikasa was cut off by another voice
''THE SCOUTING LEGION IS BACK!!''
''OPENING THE GATE!''
''THE HEROES HAVE RETURNED VICTORIOUS...!!''
''Let's go Y/n'' Eren beamed in happiness as he grabbed Y/n's hand and stormed off, with Mikasa and Armin following alongside them.
