The next day, Y/n fluttered her eyes open and was was met with Eren's sleeping face infront of hers, Eren's arms were wrapped protectively around Y/n. Y/n studied Eren's face for a few seconds as small smile plastered on her face as she slowly lifted her hand and pinched Eren's nose.
''Wake up sleepy head'' Y/n giggled as she flicked his forehead
*groan*
''No...let me sleep more.....just five more minutes'' Eren pouted as he talked in his sleep
''Okay~'' Y/n smiled as she snuggled into Eren's chest
''Y/n....how are you feeling?'' Eren asked as he slowly opened his eyes and looked at Y/n
''Hmm, okay I guess'' Y/n smiled weakly, causing Eren to stare at her for a few seconds
''Is there something on my face Eren?'' Y/n giggled, taking Eren by surprise, causing him to blink
''Your face is beautiful what can I say'' Eren teased as he slowly got up and helped Y/n up too, unbeknownst to Eren a small hint of red flushed in Y/n's cheeks
''I could say the same thing to you too, since you were staring at my face just a few minutes earlier'' Eren chuckled, as he patted Y/n's head
''You were awake then?'' Y/n asked as she squinted her eyes at him
''Maybe...maybe I wasn't'' Eren shrugged
Eren then went over and got the first aid kit, Y/n was confused as to why Eren was bringing the first aid kit over. Eren looked at Y/n's confused expression and just sighed.
''Look down at your stomach'' Was all Eren said, causing Y/n's eyes to widen as she looked down, she noticed blood on her shirt
''The bleeding has started again....this is why I brought the first aid kit'' Eren flicked her forehead
Eren then slowly leaned Y/n back on the rest, placing pillows behind her back for support. Eren then proceeded to lift Y/n's top up gently, next slowly taking the bandage off around her stomach. Y/n watched Eren carefully, she didn't even realise the wound had started bleeding again, yet Eren knew instantly. A small smile was plastered on her face as she looked at him be so gentle with her body.
''I'm sorry if this hurts okay'' Eren spoke softly as he gently cleaned the wound
