"The Military Police Brigade is granted custody of L/n Y/n" Zackley announced, causing Eren's eyes to widen in shock

"What do you mean?! You can't just send her away!!" Eren yelled at Zackley, causing Y/n to look over at him with slightly wide eyes

"Eren, be quiet" Levi nudged has arm,

"But-" Eren was cut of when Levi pushed his head down to the floor

"Be quiet Eren, right now you're only making it worse" Levi quietly explained to Eren who's eyes widened

Once Levi let go of Eren, Mikasa and Armin helped him up and they stood there looking at Y/n, who didn't seemed to care about it one bit.

"Erwin is there anything else you want to add?" Asked Zackley as he looked at him

"No, I believe it is our fault, we weren't able to to complete the condition upon when we were given custody of L/n Y/n, so I have nothing to say in my defence" Erwin announced, causing Mikasa, Armin and Eren to look over at him in shock.

"If you believe The Survey Corps is to be stripped off the custody of Y/n then we'll abide by your words." Erwin added

After hearing this, Y/n let out a painful chuckle, but nobody heard it, except Eren, his chest was hurting seeing the condition Y/n was in right now. After the court proceedings were done, Y/n was being escorted with some Military Police soldiers,

Y/n stopped when she saw Erwin and Levi standing there with Eren, Mikasa and Armin.

"You don't need to say anything Commander Erwin, I understand what you said" Y/n spoke up warm tears came down her face

"You were in a tough spot back then, you didn't exactly know much about this power....I'm sorry for putting you in a difficult position" Y/n chuckled as she looked down, taking them by surprise

"You had to follow a condition based on facts that were incomplete.....because of that Captain Levi had to look after us....I didn't know it would cause so much trouble for you both"

"But, now you don't have to worry, because I won't be there.....you don't have to follow any stupid condition"

"Please take care Eren, Mikasa, Armin, you don't have to worry about me......whatever is written in my fate, I will get"

"I guess this is goodbye"

With that Y/n was taken by the soldiers, leaving the rest staring at here with painful expressions. But the one most in pain was Eren, hearing  Y/n's painful voice sent a sting to his heart as he watched Y/n's figure disappear.

"Did we really just give Y/n over to them?" Levi asked he stared at the disappearing figure of Y/n

"We were responsible for her and that idiot blamed herself for thinking she was a burden" Levi closed his eyes in frustration

So now, Y/n was in the the custody of the MP Brigade. Y/n of course was locked up in a dungeon, the military police always thought Y/n was a monster, but Y/n couldn't care any more.

The dungeon was cold, and Y/n's body had been hit the most by it. Y/n's face was so pale that she was trying to keep conscious as she looked ahead.
