" All right sweet heart. Call me if you need anything." Dad said while giving me a hug.

" I will. Take care daddy. " I said and then kissed his cheek.

"If you try to do something funny, just remind yourself that I will be in the same city. " Sam said in a serious tone.

"Yes grand dad." I teased as I could see sam's expressions relax as he tried to supress a smile.

" bye sis." Sam said while giving me a hug. I was only able to reach his torso as my 6'3 feet brother was quite tall for my 5'5 feet frame. His big arms engulfed me into a hug almost suffocating me. I could swear that I almost saw a tear in his light brown eyes which he tried to hide by ruffling my jet black hair. I pushed him off and tried to fix my hair. I waved goodbye to them and then headed to find my dorm room. When I finally did find it, I could have sworn for a moment for a moment that it could be mistaken for a changing room in a clothing store. There were clothes, books and underwear lying around and a bag was open and fallen on a corner in the midst of everything, a slender girl with a blonde boy cut in white shorts and blue sweater stood trying to put everything in order.
" ummm hello?" I called out to her.

"Oh hello, you must be my new roommate. Sorry about the mess. My bag wasn't closed properly and I couldn't lift it because of the weight and you can see what happened. " She said blushing.

"Oh, it's fine. Do you need help organising it?." I asked giving a natural smile.

"Really?" She shrieked and hugged me.
"Thanks so much. I am cindy by the way. " She said extending her hand.

"I am Rebecca, nice to meet you cindy." I said accepting her hand for a friendly shake with a genuine smile.
Cindy seemed like a nice girl. She was quite beautiful as well. She had fair paisty skin which matched her hazel eyes. She had an elegant boy cut which made her light blonde hair shine in the sun. Her 5'7 feet frame slightly towered over mine. She gave me a pleasing smile as she gathered her things.

"So Rebecca, where are you from exactly? I couldn't help but notice a hint of asian in your accent." Cindy asks.

"Well my dad is from the states but my mom was Indian." I reply.

"Was sss...?" Cindy inspected the word but didn't go into details for which I was grateful.
I helped gather someof her books and clothes while she gathered 'everything else'. After we finished organising our things we decided to take a stroll around the campus so it would help us find the classroom easier the day we started our classes which was in five days. Cindy and I spent the last two hours talking, eating and getting to know each other. We went to use the washroom as I needed to use the loo and cindy wanted to check her makeup.

" so what major have you taken?." I asked cindy.

"Medieval literature." She replied applying some lip gloss.

"What about you? " She asked me.

" I have taken. ....." before I could finish my sentence, a boy barged in listening to his I-Pod. When he took off his head phones off, he jumped when he finally noticed us.

"Cindy? What are you doing in the men's room? Who is she? What is she doing in the men's room?" He asked with his face full of confusion.

"Actually. ...." before I could say something, a girl came out from one of the stalls. She shrieked when she noticed him.

"What are you doing in the girl's room you perv?" She asked crossing her arms.

"No, this is the men's room isn'tit? ." He asks now himself confused.

"Andy, this is the girls washroom. The men's room is down and then left. " Cindy replied crossing her arms.

"But? " Andy was about to say something when more girls entered and glared at him. He now realised that he was the one in the wrong room. Before any of us could say something else, he ran away dropping a file. I picked it up and tried to look for him to give it to him but he was already out of sight.
