Slowly my eyes opened and it took me a moment to get used to my surroundings. The bedspread lay messily over me and I was enveloped in a large shirt.
Slowly I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and looked at the other side of the bed. Antonio was lying peacefully under the covers, his tattoos perfectly displayed right in front of me.
"Fuck." I hissed softly as my feet hit the floor and a slight pain ran through my body.
I've never slept all night next to someone I fucked before. It felt weird to still be here.
Just as I was about to sit up fully, the bedspread next to me rustled, "You're about to make a run for it again, no?" His voice was husky in the morning, with a little spark of amusement, causing a shiver to run down my spine.
Slowly I turned to him and let my gaze glide over his muscular and tattooed torso until it stopped at his side.
My gaze darkened when I saw that the stitches of the wound, I had sewn closed had come undone.
I nodded my head toward his side, "Strained yourself too much?"
A smile formed on his lips and he shook his head before sinking back into the covers. Slowly, I got up and tried to go to the bathroom normally.
Fuck me.
Once in the bathroom, I closed the door behind me and did all my business. Through the curtains of the bathroom window, I saw how the sun was already high in the sky. It seemed to be noon.
Muffled voices came from the bedroom next door and a soft bark could be heard. Slowly I began to tie up my wild hair and splash cold water on my face before drying my face off.
When the voices disappeared, I stepped back out of the bathroom, immediately a wall of black fur came jumping towards me. I stumbled back a few steps as Shadow licked my face and jumped up my front.
"Sit." said Antonio amused as he stood next to a few suitcases wearing only a pair of black sweatpants.
The big dog let go of me and sat down happily in front of me, whereupon I began to sink my hand into his fur.
"Your things are in here." said Antonio while pointing to the suitcases and walking to his closet. The person he was talking to seemed to have brought the things here.
He rummaged around in the closet and loosely pulled a shirt over his head before continuing, "The dining room is on the floor below this one. Come there when you're done."
He went past me briefly into the bathroom and came out again a few moments later, while I petted Shadow.
He seemed to have something to do. He turned to me for a moment, thinking and shaking his head quietly to himself, then walked to the door and opened it, "I'll be right there too, take the dog with you."
Without waiting for an answer, he left, letting the door close behind him.
I looked at Shadow for a moment and shrugged my shoulders before going to the suitcases and fishing out a few things.
