"can you come to the police station with me?" he asked and you almost choked on your food. "police station? daiki what happened?" he asked, "yosen's new captain, the one who benched you somehow? look at these texts" he said pulling out his phone.

"what the fuck..." you mumbled looking at the screen recording, "first thing tomorrow we'll go, sexual harassment is never okay. has she done anything else?" you asked. "no" he mumbled, "are you okay?" you asked giving him a hug.  "i guess." he said.

time skip to the winter cup

"as one of the people who were involved in these allegations pressed against yosen's former captain, tanaka hayami what are your thoughts?" the reporter asked. "What she did was unacceptable without hesitation. it's extremely hard to come out when someone such as daiki has been put in that situation." you said.

"i think that whatever she was doing at that moment she clearly wasn't in the right mindset because no normal person would ever do something like that. tanaka is 18, and daiki is still a minor, i hope she serves time in jail for her actions." you said confidently.

"what do you want to say to your followers and fans about this?" the reporter asked. "please reach out to someone if this is happening to you, call hotlines, speak to a trusted adult, anything! If no one else believes you, i do." you said.

"thank you for that hopeful message l/n, i'm sure some other reporters would like to speak to you as well so we'll see you at your next game" he said before walking away. "some message you put out there" saki said coming from behind you, "hayami isn't benched until her court sentence is revealed, im going to crush her ass on the court later" you mumbled.

"we all will. have you spoken to aomine lately?" she asked, "oh yeah i was supposed to talk to him after this game!" you said pulling out your phone.
