The world isn't safe. The world isn't safe and it never will be. I never expect it to be. My world isn't safe. My world isn't safe and it never will be. I never expect it to be. His world isn't safe. His world isn't safe and it never will be. I never expect it to be. But why is his world so much more appealing than any other? The only difference? That it's his. His world. The fact that he would be willing to share an entire world with me is amazing. But it isn't safe and it never will be. I never expect it to be. "Violet?" I sat in the corner of my room, cross legged. "Violet?" I came to a realisation. "Violet?" That all the delusion in our heads is going to bring us to our knees. "Violet?" That the world isn't safe. "Violet?" That I used to recognise myself. "Violet?" I stood up abruptly and opened my door. I stepped outside of my room and slammed the door behind me. The quiet house echoed. Nobody heard it yet everybody knew.
The world isn't safe.
