•| Anubhav and His Baba

Sounds of Bullets echoed in the surroundings as three bullets Peirced his body. He was in pain but not even a voice came out from his mouth. He collapsed on land breathing heavily, maybe his last breaths. His eyelids became heavy, resulting him to close his eyes.

He opened his eyes in darkness where only a beam of light was coming through a small window. He saw a black shadow infront of that light. He immediately recognised the shadow and ‘Baba’ was the word escaped his lips.

“Baba, aap aa gaye. Le jaeye baba hume. Hum aapko bohot yaad karte the. Aab aapke paas hi rahenge”, Anubhav said with a smile.

“Anubhav main aa toh gaya hun par tujhe le jane nahi. Agar tu chala gaya toh teri Maa ka kya, teri behen ka kya? Uss Hassena ka kya? Tune usse Jeevit rehne ke liye kaha tha na aur tu hi usse dur ja raha hai”.

“Unke paas aapne log hai baba. Voh unka khayal rakh lenge. Maa ka khayal Karishma rakh legi, aur Karishma, hume nahi lagta ki unhe hamari avashyakta hai. Voh aapne pati, aapni dost aur aapne pariwar ke saath khush hai. Unhe aab hamari avashyakta nahi hai. Aur aap! Aap toh kab se akele hai. Aab hume aapke paas ana hai. Aab aur Saha nahi ja raha baba. Thak gaye hai hum”, he signed heavily.

“Beta, marne ke baad bhi aapne baba ke baarein mein soch raha haim ek baat bolu. Kabhi kabhi aapne barein mein bhi sochna accha hota hai. Tu itni jaldi mere paas nahi aa sakta. Tujhe khud ke liye aur aapnon ke liye jeena hai. Tu mera bahadur baccha haina? Toh itni jaldi haar nahi maan sakta”

“Baba”, tear rolled down Anubhav's cheek.

“Ja!”, Baba said and disappeared in thin air.

Next Anubhav opened his eyes. He found himself on a bed in a rescue camp. He realised, he was dreaming. He closed his eyes and tears rolled down his cheek.

Have you ever noticed that Show has not even a mention about Anubhav's father. Show has shown Hassena's father motivating her, but it is never shown about Anubhav, though he too have lost his father. This shot is specially dedicated for Anubhav and his 'Baba'.
