Alex was in Inazuma city as Lumine and Paimon were back at the Serenitea pot and word is that the Shogun is spending time in solitude and self reflection.
Also she's isn't receiving visitors and not telling any commissioners what to do, while thunderstorms over seas are heading to Inazuma.

Alex heads to the Narukami shrine to ask Yae for help but on one condition.

Yae: Why should I help you, when I already have everything one could ever want, and have seen everything and could ever wish to see?

Alex: At least do it for Ei, and she's not the only one who lost everyone.
I lost mostly of myself which took me 10 years to find myself back to my father and made friends.

Yae: I like that answer. And here take this pass permit show it to the head guard of the gate, Once you're done return the permit and spend some time with me.

Alex head to the Tenshukaku and shows the pass permit, as Alex was inside he sees the Shogun pacing back and forth he approaches to her.

Also a thunderstorm is heading to Inazuma.

Alex: Shogun please I- Ei are you in there can't you do something?

Alex: Well I don't know if it was your call or the Shogun's to have the statue built, during the Inazuma civil war while the degree was in effect I ended up destroying it's face.
