Apollo's Lover - The Lost One Found

Chapter 7.

HELLO EVERYONE ONCE MORE!!!

The holidays have passed now (they passed A LONG time ago), and school has begun again. And I must apologize for not being able to update sooner.

There was no wifi. 

Plus a bunch of other reasons

Cause the wifi didn't disappear for some 4 months or something (when did I last update?)

So yeah.. hopefully, I'll be able to update more (if just a bit) frequently 

And hopefully, this chappie will be better than the last one, so I hope you guys enjoy this!!

(I noticed that I don't have a lot of Apollo's POVs, and this is a story about Apollo, so I'll add a bit more of him)

(AND I AM ALSO SUPER SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING SOONER!!!!) (again, sheesh author, work on being nicer to the readers)

Apollo's POV

Ah... the underworld. Such a pleasant place, full of poisonous flowers and dead people. I really just want to leave this place and see Aria again, that would be so nice.. her smile, her laugh.

Sheesh, I sound like a love-struck teenager. But I guess this is how mortals act when they fall in love for the first time. It must be nice, knowing that there truly is someone out there for you. Me? I thought I had loved so many, and yet when I finally found the person I wished to spend the rest of eternity with she was taken away from me.

This is why I must complete this quest. Which brings us to where we are currently standing, the Underworld. It isn't actually as bad as I had previously mentioned, it's just.. as the god of the sun, this place just..  doesn't get enough of it.

But I can't really do anything about that, can I? 

"Apollo? You still in there?" Suddenly I was rudely interrupted and snapped out of my thoughts by a slightly worried Percy.

"Yes, I am still here Percy. But where is Artemis?" All this time I was babbling about the Underworld and Aria while Artemis decided to go disappear on my, rude.

"She went ahead to go see where Hades was. She told me to wait until you snapped out of your 'narration moment'. So yeah, that brings us here," Percy told me.

"Oh.." I trailed off, "Okay."

"Yeah- Oh, there she is. And there's Hades.." 

We were visiting the Underworld to get one of Cerberus - Hades's three-headed dog - teeth for Hecate's potion. Once we get it, Hecate will have all her ingredients needed to create the potion that will transport us to the island Aria was imprisoned on, which (hopefully) will give us a clue as to where (and possibly why) Aria disappeared.

Artemis and Hades walked over to us.

"Apollo and Perseus, I have heard about your.. quest. How may I help?"

I scratched the back of my neck, "Well... we need one of Cerberus's teeth if that would be possible," I told him.

"Oh.. and why would you need that?"

"Hecate needs it for a potion," I told him.

"Oh... okay," Hades nodded, "Well then come along. I shall lead you to Cerberus, but don't think he will give you one of his teeth for free."

I was slightly worried as to what he meant by that, but for now, we simply followed him.
