9th String (1st Half) :

A Mission To Accomplish

"No."

"Please, Guard!"

"I am not a guard! I'm a warrior!"

"Yeah, whatever, so can I talk to him already?"

"NO!" The big guy roared and slammed the door in front of my face.

I slammed my fist on the door repeatedly, but it didn't budge. Big guy probably locked it already, and I'm not as strong as Natalie to be able to make the door fly away just by a flick of a freaking finger! I'm just a Mage for God's sake!

I huffed. I only wanted to talk to the principal! I mean, how will I be able to send a rescue team if I can't talk--or even see-- the person at the top of all this? The leader? Only he could send orders around here. He's like a commander or somethin'. Well, maybe that's why the soldiers call him Commando. Dunno.

Anyway, I really, totally, need to see him! Why can't this true to life Hulk let me?! It's not like I'm going to murder him! And besides, Mr. Cobb's like the strongest Hunter in all of Sagittarius! I wouldn't even stand a chance if I tried fighting him. Not like I would. (Unless I have a mental problem.)

I banged on the door again. "HEY! You big nincompoop! Just let me in!"

No answer.

"Hey Hulk! Come on, open this door, and maybe I can get you a cure!"

No answer.

Dammit, this muscle man is starting to get on my nerves!

"You huge, sweaty, yucky, disgusting, irritating, unearthly creature! Open this door or else!"

No answer. What the bloody hell?! I used almost every insult and every flaw I saw in him and he still doesn't budge? What, is his heart made of metal?! Doesn't my insults affect him? Not even 0.0000001%?

"AAAAARRRGHH! IF NATALIE DIES, IT'S ALL ON YOU! ALL YOUR FAULT, YOU HEAR ME?! ALL YOUR FLIPPING FAULT!"

And then the door opened. I sighed in relief. At last! I actually thought I would scream here until my brain runs dry. This guy was tough.

"What do you mean Natalie would die?" He asked worriedly. Yes, you heard me right, worriedly. Apparently, a lot of people here has taken a liking to Natalie. I mean, in the Protection squad. The Hunting squad hates her. I think it's because she's a vampire, a Princess at that. Or maybe it's because she humiliated William in front of the student body. Ever wonder why William taught the Training class? It's because he's the Squad Captain of the Hunting team. The Protection squad? Leonel's dad was the Squad captain. He may not seem like it, but Mr. Cipher can kick ass. And when he does, he makes sure that the blow would take you down completely. But that isn't why he was made Squad Capt. I think it was because of his planning skills. Well, I have heard that his plans always had 99.9 percent of succeeding. They're always effective.

Oh, and did you know that he was formerly a Warrior?

"I meant she would die. Like, her heart would stop beating. What else would I mean that she would die?" I told him, scowling. Seriously, is this guy an idiot or what?
