The Secret...

Mariana POV

We got home acouple minutes later. I ran to my room immediatly and just started crying and fell to the floor. I try being quiet since Joey and Ali are downstairs. I start thinking about the kiss. I start sobbing loudly and get up. I walk over to my bed and just lay down.

"Why didn't I move away?!" I think to myself. Im mad at myself and confused.

I end up calling Taylor. Ring Ring Ring Ri- The 4th ring gets cut off as I hear Taylor's voice.

"Hello?" She answers.

"Taylor? Ummm... I really need your help..." I sniffle right after.

"Oh my god were you crying? Are you okay Mari? Come over we can talk more private."

"Okay... I will be there in 10 or 15 minutes." I manage to get that out.

I knock on Taylor's door. I hear footsteps running down some stairs. Taylor opens the door then looks at me for 2 seconds then hugs me.

"Hey." she says while letting go of the hug.

"Hey." I reply

She grabs my hand and pulls me inside she closes the door. She pulls me from my hand to her room and sits down. I do the same except I sat on the floor she sat on her bed. I look at her then start crying. She gets up and sits next to me. I lay my head on her shoulder.

"What happened?" She asks

"I don't know... It wasn't supposed to happen. It was a mistake. He was my first kiss. I wanted it to be special. Not with a boy I just met." I let it all out with sobs following.

"Oh honey... Who was it?" She rubs her hand on my back.

"C-Connor..." I look down to the floor and watch my tears fall to the floor.

"What?! Wait Connor Milder?" She asks surprised yet confused.

"How did you know?" I look up at her and wipe away my tears. I still cry but more softly and calm.

"He went to our old school. He used to always ask me things about you. He said he loved you but was to shy to tell you. He also said you were beautiful and didn't deserve to be treated the way you were. Connor had the biggest crush on you and im guessing he still does." She says it as if I were stupid and should have known. "He also said he tried talking to you but you pushed him away." She finishes and gets up to sit on her bed.

"Wow" Its all I could say I was in shock I even stopped crying.

"Well now that you know his secret, I guess I should tell you mine..." Her face drops as she looks down at her feet.

"What is it Taylor? Tell me it's okay. Remember I love you no matter what. Your always gonn be my Best Friend." I say while getting up and sitting next to her. I wiped my remaining tears and waited for her to tell me.

"Thats the thing your like a sister to me and I like you..." At this point she is standing and crying.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner Taylor?" I say wondering. I don't know what to say or do so I stay on the bed.

Why didn't she tell me. Why? My life gets worse each day. I think to myself.

"I'm sorry..." Taylor says while looking at me. She comes to sit next to me and looks at me. I looks down to my feet. She pulls my chin up and does the unexpected. She kissed me. I pull away instantly.

"I'm sorry... I can't do this Taylor. Bye..." I look at her then leave out the door. I hear her start crying as soon as I left.

Hey weirdos! Sorry this chapter is really late but I made it long for you guys. So thank you guys for being so patient with me. Well thts all I wanted to say. Oh wait! So I am going to ask a question each chapter and I will choose my favourite.
