He had been feeding, the animalistic urge so strong he'd shifted. His eyes burning with hunger, tearing into the poor mangled animal like a beast. He'd barely returned to his senses when the girl ran by.

To say that Felix was startled was an understatement. No one but his brothers would've been able to go past the barriers that hid their home in the forest. How this one girl got through was beyond him. She kept glancing behind her as she ran, making him feel grateful that he had the ability to turn invisible at will, following her closely behind. The girl was panting erratically, terror raking her body.

Without so much as a warning, she collapsed. painting the everlasting winter snow held inside the barrier crimson. 

She was bleeding, Felix gulped, trying to tear his eyes away from the slashes that raked her back glistening with freshly seeping blood. He was torn between sinking his teeth in her there and then and fetching his clan leader. Before he could do anything, he felt someone behind him, his instincts flinched and growled at the intruder, the smell of blood driving his senses haywire.

" Felix, what's going on?" Chan, it was Chan. " Hyung.." He managed before succumbing to the urge. Felix lunged for the girl snarling almost managing to destroy the girl as he had the animal just minutes ago.

Chan was barely able to grab him, knocking him out before he could do any harm. The leader stood holding his brother staring at the unconscious mysterious girl.  He had made sure that the barrier wouldn't allow anyone, mortal or immortal would be able to get in. He had felt a spike in Felix's breathing, knowing something was wrong  he'd immediately rushed over to only find more question than answers. Sighing, he telepathically called Minho, the second eldest. 

" Is something wrong Hyung?" the teleporting boy showed up in a manner of seconds worry creasing his brows. Yet one look at Chan's face and he knew not to question it. He took Felix from him, trying not to scowl at the human girl he so tenderly picked up.  In silence the brothers headed towards their home dread hanging in the atmosphere.
