the casita was finally rebuilt which also meant the madrigals had their gifts back. isabela grew whatever she wanted and was free and luisa was able to relax. the madrigal family seemed to be more closer after mirabel and abuela made up.

camilo shapeshifted into a random villager before turning back into himself, happy that he had his powers back.

you watched as pepa danced under her snow cloud, letting go like bruno said. felix was dancing beside her cheering her on. the way she moved was graceful.

"y/n, check this out!" camilo shapeshifted again but you weren't paying attention. he frowned. "what are you looking at, mi amor?"

"your mom," you responded simply.

camilo's face went blank, "ha, ha very funny-"

"i'm serious."

he looked at his mom, watching as she sways back and forth with his dad. he looked back at you where you had an awestruck face.

"are you simping over my mom?!" he almost shouted.

"she's very pretty, camilo, how can i not?" you shrugged, finally looking at him.

"that's my mom!" camilo reminded.

you only hummed in response.

"so you prefer this-" he shapeshifted into pepa then back into himself "-to this?"

"i mean if i had a choice-"

"y/n," he whined.

your friend, chloe, came up to you and started a conversation. you two walked away from camilo who looked like a lost puppy.

"you still love me right?" he yelled out to you.

"maybe!" you shouted back as you followed chloe.

"maybe?!"
