Chapter 8

CELINE'S POV

"I am so happy for you my child, I can't believe I am going to be grandfather" my father was so happy soon after I told him about my pregnancy.

I decided to visit him since it has been quite long since I last saw him. Turns out he also wanted to come and see me as well. Donald wanted to come with me as he told me it was not safe to go alone but I told him I could go William, he then suggested to go with a bodyguard too.

"Thank you so much father, I cant wait either" I squealed.

I helped him to prepare lunch however he told me not to do anything, what was wrong with them all they seemed all so worried about my pregnancy as if I was sick.

"Mhh, I really missed your cooking's" dad said as he ate his food. I smiled and remembered how our life used to be when we were together.

"I miss you father" I told him, he stopped eating and held my hand, he smiled and told me "I miss you, I hope you are happy with Donald" I nodded. "I am the luckiest I guess, he makes me so happy'.

"If he hurts you, he will answer it to me" I laughed and rolled my eyes.

Tom was with us too, he barked bringing us to reality and we all laughed at his behavior.

DONALD'S POV

I was having a business meeting with our greatest Dubai client, he was an Arab guy named Mohammed Ally. He wanted us to design a software for his oil company. He signed with us a billion dollar contract for a software installation and operation.

"Its great to do business with you Mr. Ally" we shook hands.

"It is my pleasure too Mr. Diaz, I am looking forward to the great bond and success of the Project"

I nodded and assured him it was going to be well. He then left, I smiled at my success. I knew dad would be so happy about it. We had worked so hard into pulling this deal on.

"Son, I am so impressed" dad said as we had lunch together. Earlier he got the news about the new deal and he offered me lunch.

"Thank you dad" I said before we made a toast.

"You know son, even if I die anytime I know the company will be in good hands" he said making me sad why was he thinking of dying?

"Dad please don't say that come-on, you won't die anytime soon please" he chuckled and patted my shoulder. "Okay, I was just kidding relax" I smiled.

CELINES' POV

I just came back from greeting my dad, I held Tom in my hands as we stepped out of the car. I set down Tom on his feet and he ran off towards Alicia's new car which was parked in front of the mansion. It was a really cute car. I saw Tom, playing with the tires of the car, oh no what was he planning on doing? Shit, I ran after him and told him to stop. But he continued and used his paws to scratch the new car. Holy shit, there was huge scratch on the car. I widened my eyes as I stared at the scene in front of me, Alicia will get so mad at this and she will surely kill Tom.

"Toom, oh my God what did you do?" I scooped him in my arms and patted his head, he started licking my hand.

I was really nervous, William came rushing towards me.

"Ma'am what happened?" he asked with a worried expression, I pointed at the scratched part of the car, his eyes widened. He looked at me with a sad expression making me more worried.

"This is bad" he said as he placed his hand on the scratch. He then told me he will send it to the garage.

Just when we were talking, I saw Alicia coming towards us. Fear crept in me, I knew she would freak out.
