Chapter 2

It had been a month since the party. Arabella hadn't been feeling well. She was at school at her locker it was her study hall. She wanted everything ready for her next class. She had been avoiding Ashton since school started not wanting to run into him.

Ashton walked up to her, he was no idiot he knew that she was avoiding him. "Haven't seen you since my party."

Arabella scoffed and closed her locker. This was just perfect timing and here she was hoping to avoid him until next year. But that didn't seem possible. "Maybe i didn't want to be seen don't you have another girl you can go kiss up to thats not me."

"Aww babe did i hurt your feelings" Ashton pouted he knew he was getting to her it was fun to watch her squirm.

She rolled her eyes looking at him she really didn't understand why he was proud of himself. "Congratulations you took another girls virginity to use them now if you'll excuse me i got to get to class i'm busy" Arabella walked away leaving him there alone. Then she was hit with a sudden wave of nausea she ran to the nearest garbage and threw up everything in her stomach. She never threw up before she had time to think on it she was hit with a dizzy spell. She tried to grab the wall but she ended up falling out.

Skylar seen her best friend get into the argument with Ashton. She seen her throw up and faint She ran over to her. dialing 911 and called an ambulance she left a teacher to watch Arabella and ran to Isabella's room. She knew her best friend and she knew that she never got sick. She also was confused about the connection she had to Ashton.

Skylar ran into the class and everyone looked at her. By this point she was out of breath. But she didn't have time to stop there were more pressing concerns at the moment. "Issy Ari passed out"

"No No No" Isabella couldn't let anything happen to her sister. She got up and followed Skylar to where Arabella was. Who had teachers and students surronding her."What happened." She was worried for her she never got sick she never did anything that she was not supposed to.

"She was arguing with Ashton then she went and threw up then she fell back" Skylar said. She hated seeing her best friend like this. She was confused to what was going on especially why was Arabela talking to her brother. "What's going on why was she arguing with Ashton the schools number one fuckboy." Despite the fact that he was her brother that wasn't going to change anything. They didn't like telling people they were related.

"I don't know it could be anything" Isabella knew it was a lie but she had no time to explain not right now. She looked at her sister's pale skin. She moved the hair away from her sisters face."Please be ok Ari I can't have anything happening to her." She didn't want to assume the worst but she knew her sister she didn't get sick. She never fainted she never threw up. She knew that there was something wrong.

The paramedics came in and made everyone move aside."Her pulse is there its still strong. She'll be ok she could have passed out for a number of reasons any relatives"

"Me i'm her older sister" Isabella had to go she had to make sure that she was ok.

"Are you coming with her?"

It wasn't a question of course she was coming she was the only one their right now and she needed to make sure that she was ok. "Yes"

The paramedics put Arabella on the stretcher. Isabella followed the paramedics as they took her sister to the ambulance.

Skylar saw Ashton against Arabella's locker. She walked over to him she knew there was something going on."Why the hell were you talking with my best friend? " She had wanted him to stay far away from her. He had no right going by her and messing with her head.
