Isabella parked outside the courthouse. She did not want to be doing this but she knew that she had no other choice. Everything had changed and because of that, this was needed.

The three siblings got out of the car they were meeting with their parents' lawyer about the will. It was truly the last thing that they wanted to be doing. But they had to get it done.

They headed inside the courthouse and went to the room where the lawyer was waiting for them. They knew that he wasn't very fond of doing this either especially since they were kids. "Come in have a seat we can get started,"

They each went in and had a seat. They did not want this to take longer than it had to.  "How long is this going to take?"

"Not long were going to skip all the stuff you three don't need to worry about. I'll leave the other information to your grandmother and aunt. The only thing you need to know is the things that your parents have left you." He wanted to make this as simple as he could for them. Reading children their parent's will was never his favorite thing to do. "So let's start with Isabella. Your eighteen correct." He was going to work oldest to youngest it was easier that way.

She nodded she was an adult now and she was sad that her parents were not there for her graduation. That they were not going to be there for any more of her important events. "Yes, I am I graduate in the spring,"

She had earned the most things being the oldest. So it was also easier to just start with hers because after saying that he didn't have to explain as much. "Well you have a trust fund that has 55,856,383 dollars in it but you were also left the house in your name. Since you are the oldest you have guardianship over the both of them." He also knew that was an exciting part for the siblings that they were not going to be separated. That they were not moving out of town. "A 6th of what's in your parents account will be transferred to yours. You have all the properties"

"Alright." She was happy that she automatically was becoming their legal guardian and she didn't have to go through a court or something.

"Arabella your the middle child." He wanted to make sure that everything went as it was supposed to.

She nodded strangely she never minded being the middle child. Unlike the things she heard she was never treated differently. "Yes, I am."

"How old are you?" He didn't want to assume and he did not know their birthdays to get their correct age.

"16"

"Alright, you have a trust with 83,8375,775 dollars in it you have a condo that you can transfer into your name that was left from your mother your cars that your parents bought you that are not yet in your name all belong to you. As well as several other things." He was amazed at how the parents had divided everything.

"Like." She was confused at what he meant by everything.

"First off you have a yacht second off you have the 4 cars. I am assuming that you do not want a jet but the insurance from it will go to you." He knew that after their parents dying in a plane crash they probably did not want another one.

"Wow." She knew her parents had money and that she would inherit something but she did not think that it would have been that.

"Lastly Parker the youngest how old are you."

"14."

"You have a trust with 108,365,888 sadly you have the most because you are the only one that didn't get much but you did get one car." He did know that Parker was not going to be able to drive the car yet because he was still 14 but it was something.

"Ok." He understood being the youngest he knew he was going to get the least amount of stuff.

He handed each of them an envelope. "Those have the property deeds the account numbers the cards the checkbooks. It is for even if some miracle happened you would still keep everything."
