Not A Mistake

Chapter 15

Arabella was almost at the halfway point in her pregnancy. She was swimming in the pool after a few laps she went and sat on the edge as others started to come in. 

"What are you doing here?"

She turned around to see Mckenzie she rolled her eyes she was tired of her. She had been smart enough to leave her alone for a while but she wanted it to stay that way. "Swimming you dumb bitch."

"Rude" McKenzie still despised her she didn't like her and the attention she was getting from everyone else.

Ryan walked over to the two he didn't care if Arabella didn't want his help. He was Ashton's best friend so he was going to do whatever he had to so he could protect her. "Didn't they tell you to leave her alone?"

McKenzie glared over at him she hated that everyone came to Arabella's rescue."Ryan, what do you want?"

"Leave the girl alone." He wasn't going to tell her again she needed to leave Arabella alone. 

"Why would I do such a thing?" McKenzie didn't get why she would just leave her alone. She enjoyed messing with the little rich girl.

Arabella stood up grabbing her stuff she didn't want to deal with any of them right now. "Ryan, what did I tell you?"

"I have a bet that I need to win." Ryan's bet depended on Arabella and Ashton getting along long enough to fall in love with each other. 

"What bet?" She heard Skylar say something about a bet but she still wasn't sure what it was about though. And now she was interested in what it was. "I've heard y'all say something about it once or twice."

"I can't tell you it's between Skylar and I." And he was sure that he was going to beat her on this. Ryan didn't care if she was Ashton's sister she didn't know her brother as well as she thought she did. 

"Whatever." She would eventually find out what it was about but right now she just wanted to get away from them and she had to make sure she was ready to go over to their house tonight. "I need to go and get my stuff I'm going over there this weekend."

"Hope you have fun." Ryan could imagine how fun that was going to be for them.

"Sure it's going to be so much fun." She could only imagine how it was going to go tonight. It could be good or she could be ready to kill them all tonight.

"Nice sarcasm." He was sure they had fun when she was there. Especially since she had wicked mood swings.

She rolled her eyes looking over at him he was starting to get on her nerves. "Did you want something?"

"This is my class." Unfortunately, his next class took place by the pool which he wasn't looking forward to.

"Right goodbye." Since it was the next class she needed to head to her next one.

Arabella went and changed going to put her things in her locker so she could head to her next class.

Ashton was in his next class which he shared with his sister. Skylar went and sat next to him she had checked her phone seeing a message from Ryan. And she knew if he texted her Ashton also got the text. "Did Ryan text you?"

"I haven't checked why?" Ashton wasn't sure why her sister was asking. 

"Apparently they said something to Arabella. " And she knew her brother wasn't going to be happy about this. 

He took a breath pinching the crease between his eyebrows before looking over at her. He was sure that he, Skylar, and Ryan had scared everyone already but he guessed not. "Who?"
