I woke up to stare up at a white ceiling. I looked left and right to identify on where I am and it looks like I'm in the hospital. Damn, something must've happened earlier. I'm so tired that I don't wanna think much of it.

My head was spinning, my throat feels dry and I have no energy whatsoever.

The door opened up, revealing both Joshua and Joseph together, holding a bag probably with clothes ? It seems like it, I don't know.

"Ah you're awake. How are you feeling ?" Joshua asked as he came up to me with Joseph

"Tired" I replied shortly

"What happened ?" I asked

"You passed out while we were exchanging vows. You've overworked too much. You could've rested a bit at least y'know ?" Joshua replied, followed by a sigh

"I'm sorry." I replied shortly

"There's no need to apologize my dear. None of us mind" he pats my head softly

"You should just rest. After this, take a week off of work. I asked mother and she approved of it" he added

"Do you want anything from outside ?" he asked

"Is it possible to get some latte and cake ???" I asked

"Alright, I'll go get it" he smiled

"Do you wanna stay with mom or come with me ?" he turned to Joseph

"I'm staying with mom. She'd be alone if I go too" said Joseph

"Alright. I'll be back later" said Joshua as he left the ward

"Mom, how are you feeling now ?" he asked as he is now sitting beside my bed

"I'm just a bit tired, it's nothing serious" I said to him, not wanting him to worry

"You're gonna be fine right ?" he asked worriedly

"Of course I am ! I'm strong !" I said with a grin

"So don't worry. I'm just a bit tired and that's all" I added as I pats his head

You're so precious my love. I'll protect you no matter what. It doesn't matter if we're related by blood or not, you're my child
