Alpha took a grueling trek that lasted three days. She had to turn off her communication signals since she figured Sukaji would not have allowed her to talk to the Hunters back at the HQ. While it took almost no time to find the snowy mountains, finding the place she was supposed to arrive at took a while. For miles on out, all the red hunter could see was snow. She recalls the torii figurine hinting at what the place was supposed to look like. Surely a red and black gate was going to stick out amongst the fields of white she thought. The red hunter climbed to the top of one of the mountains and surveyed the horizon. She found something that caught her eye. It appeared as a building of sorts. She looked to her compass and faced the direction of the building. The compass needle pointed towards it. "That's got to be it..." Alpha would soon rush down the mountain and make a run for it. "An abandoned temple..? I never knew much about him, and yet why do I feel as if that's expected out of him?" As she got closer she heard Sukaji's voice laughing. Despite hearing it loud and clear, he was nowhere to be seen.
"It seems as if you found your way here, Alpha. You've come so far, yet you still have ways to go." The voice called out. Alpha looked around once more. "I'm right inside, but you're going to have to find me. Time is ticking, your friend doesn't have much time unless you come in." This prompted her to enter. Once she was inside, the door behind her closed. The floors started to get covered with a luminescent fog. She could hardly see where she was stepping. The walls started to light up with tattered paper lanterns. They let off a dim light of the same color as the fog. There was no turning back. All Alpha could do was move forward. She came to an intersection. Looked as if she were in a maze.
"Another cryptic message...?" She muttered. She looks around. To her left she saw what looked like an armory. To her right it looked like a place for meditation. In front of her appeared to be a garden. She looked around for a bit and noticed something in the flowers. They were arranged in a lantern shape. "Follow the lanterns...?" She looks back to the intersection. She noticed that the meditation room had lanterns that looked similar to the garden's pattern. As Alpha entered the meditation room, she notices a scrap of paper in the middle of the floor. Out of curiosity she would approach it and pick it up. She saw a familiar symbol on it; it was that of the Sunrise Warriors. "This temple.... It once belonged to the Sunrise Warriors...?" She remembered that there was a large mosaic of the Sunrise Warriors' symbol in the center of each temple. She was going to need to navigate to the center. She looked on and saw more lanterns. Could it be that the lanterns were markers for her path? There was only one way to find out.
