"Why are you pacing?" Tia asks her sister suspiciously when she placed her bag on the couch.
"I'm not pacing" Abby lies.
"Mhmm" Tia muttered disbelievingly as she opened the front door only to slam it shut just as quickly as she had opened it.
Abby turns to face her in question at this with a brow arched in question at this.
"What–?"
"Abby" Tia starts, coolly, "why is Edward Cullen standing outside our house?" she asks her sister.
"Because...he's giving us a ride to school today" Abby says, grabbing her bag from the couch and heading for the door.
"Why?" Tia presses.
"Tia, do you want the lift or not?" Abby asks her sister in a tone of faux impatience as Tia released a high pitched squeak before dancing happily, muttering "I was right!" over and over again.
Abby laughs at this, rolling her eyes fondly at her baby sister.
"Yeah, okay, you were right" she says.
Tia composes herself, clearing her throat as she does before stepping out the house. Abby follows her out, locking the front door behind her as she does.
"Good morning Tia" Edward greets politely when she approached him.
"Hello. Edward, was it?" Tia says, pretending to play it cool, "mighty kind of you to drive us to school today" she says as Abby rolls her eyes from behind her sister at this.
"I'm happy to" he replies with a charming smile.
Tia smiles back at this.
"Awesome!" she comments, "then let's cut to the chase" she says as her smile falls almost instantly, "what are your intentions with my sister?" she asks frankly, in a stern tone.
Abby coughs to smother a laugh at this.
Typical Tia.
"They are absolutely pure, I assure you" Edward says in a gentlemanly manner.
"They better be" Tia says before a smile appears on her face again, "because if they aren't then I will find you and I'll make you poof... disappear!" she says in a cheerful tone as if she isn't talking about killing him.
"You'll kill him?" Abby asks humorously.
Tia turns to face her. The humour of Tia's sister's comment is not lost on her.
"Precisely!" Tia says as she turns to face Edward again. "Capiché?" she asks him with a serious expression on her face.
"Capiché" he says with a nod, opening the back door for her to climb inside as she squeals excitedly at this before climbing into the car and putting on her seatbelt.
"Hi" Abby greets him with a laugh. "Thanks for picking us up" she says.
"Of course" he replies, "I don't want for your sister to make me disappear after all so I'm just doing what any good boyfriend would do" he comments.
Tia snorts amusedly at this from inside the car, obviously overhearing them. Abby chuckles at his comment as Edward opens the passenger side door for her too.
"Let's go lovebirds, we have school to get to!" Tia says to them, causing Abby to shoot Edward an apologetic smile at this when she climbed into the car as he closed the door behind her before making his way to the driver's side, walking at a human pace.
"Tia, cool it and play nice" Abby says to her sister before Edward opens his door and climbs inside. He starts the engine and drives off a few seconds later.
