Y/N POV

I just woke up from the best nap of my life. I try to sit up. Ow fucking shit that hurts. I look over to my side "Camilo?," I look around where am I. It was dark, but the thing we were in was white so it made it brighter "Mi, mi amor," Camilo stuttered. "Quickly eat this," he said getting up to give me food. I start eating the cold arepa. All my muscles stopped hurting. I sat up "So what happened?" "What is the last thing you remember," I scratched my brain. "Eating dinner with your family and then having to go home because the miracle was being weird," "Ok is not too bad". I was so confused.

"After you went home you found this note, you came to my house bawling. I found you in my bed and started comforting you. Abuela and Mirabel proceeded to have a fight. The house started cracking and a few of us started going for the candle I had to stop cause my gift died while I was in the air. We were all pushed out of the house and you went to help Mirabel and then you fell from the top of Casita and you've been laying here for a about a week," "Wow," was all I could manage to get out.

All the memories came flooding in the note, the crying, the fighting, the climbing. "What's happened when I was gone," "Mirabel disappeared, we found her, Bruno got reintroduced to society, we rebuilt Casita, and continued living our lives, I've been coming here every day, almost never leaving. I should probably also say that your cousin got here," "He's here," "Yes he made an appearance earlier today and I introduced him to people," "I haven't seen him in a long time," "I am aware," "And I'm glad I haven't he is not a good person," "I didn't like him either, do you mind telling me the things he's done?"

I started to tear up a bit thinking about it "I was seven he was fourteen, he kept saying we're not cousins Im adopted, but it didn't make things better," You could barely understand what I was saying I was crying so hard. He took me in for a hug stroking my hair "It's alright, let it all out," I just continued crying into his shoulder. I didn't know what to do. "What time is it," "Night," "You need to sleep Camilo," "But you just woke up," "You need to sleep," "fine, but when we wake up your spending the whole day with me," "Let's go inside," I said quietly dragging him inside. We got to his room and it was a bit messy. I get it he had a hard week I wasn't going to bother him about it.

He laid down as I laid down on top of him and he fell asleep within seconds. I sort of just laid there I couldn't sleep I just woke up from a coma. I started thinking about Daniel it's been what eight years he's grown. He's 22 why would he do anything to a 15 year old, but thinking back at naive 7 year old me. I should of told someone he's a sex offender. I started worrying, but then Camilo turned to the side holding me tight in his grasp and it was comforting. I closed my eyes intertwining my legs with his as I drift off to sleep.

I woke up facing the other way, but Camilo still facing the same way. I look down and his head was right on my chest. My heart started beating faster, I tried squirming out, but his grip was too tight. I just waited until he woke up which took forever. I couldn't really see his face through his hair, but I saw his eyes sleepily open, confused, then shocked, he looked up at me and I gave him a hi look. He backed away right away. Face flooding in blush. "I'm so sorry," he's so cute when he's embarrassed "It's alright," I said pulling him in for a kiss on the cheek. "Good morning lover boy," "Good morning Mi vida," he said returning to himself.

The door then bust opened "It's true," Mirabel squealed "Dolores told us, but we didn't believe her, but she was right," she said coming to hug me squeezing my bones. Dolores walked in behind her giving me a hug after. "Thanks you guys," I said still tired. "Lunch is in 20," "Thanks Dolores," Camilo said shooing them out the door. "Here's some of my clothes, to change into, I'll be in there," he said pointing to the bathroom grabbing clothes for himself. I didn't feel the cleanest having laid in the same clothes for a week.

After changing it felt nice to be in clean clothes. I open the bathroom door knowing that Camilo wasn't changing. I start brushing my teeth while looking at my outfit, thinking about how I can change it a bit. (He gave you light beige coloured pants and a white blouse) After brushing your teeth you unbuttoned the top button and tucked about half the shirt into the pants. You took one of your hair claws that were laying around and put your hair into a claw ponytail. "You look way better in my clothes then I do," "Then maybe you should try wearing mine," I said with a smirk. I see Camilo's face change into a don't get any ideas.

I heard Pepa yell "Breakfast," "Come on let's go," I grabbed his hand pulling him out of the bathroom and down the stairs. We went to the dining room "Y/N your back!" Felix said opening his arms up for a hug. Everyone started bombarding me with hugs. After everyone settled down we started eating breakfast. "We met your cousin Daniel, yesterday Y/N," "Oh uhm yeah," I said a bit nervously. "Oh yeah he seems great," maybe he changed. "Oh yeah how's your dad, we haven't seen him in a long time," "About him," I started.

"You don't have to tell them Y/N," Camilo whispered into my ear. "He's the reason Daniel is here, he had to go to the hospital and asked Daniel, just to stick around," I said holding back my tears "Oh Y/N I'm so sorry," Julietta said, everyone were all looking sympathetic. I finished eating and waited for Camilo. As we left to go up the stairs Dolores came up to me "Y/N could I talk to you privately?" I looked over to Camilo he gave a look saying I could go. "I overheard you and Camilo last night. I'm not entirely sure if understood you, but what you said. Are are you alright," "Oh,".

Did you guys drink enough water today. Sorry I didn't update yesterday I had a dance showcase and forgot, but my teachers says that my facial expressions were the best of the class and now I'm really happy. Anyways love all of you thanks for reading.
