Nick kept a firm stare at Clay. He finally let go of Georges hand, resting his hand on his waist.

Nick smiled, "Yeah?"

Clay held an unreadable look on his face. He stared right back at the guy who just told him to make-out with George.

"Shit!" Alex broke the small silence. He widened his eyes and looked over to George.

"No? What-" George stammered, "I'm not doing that." He held his hands in front of him.

Everyone watched as Clay got up, strode over to George, and raised his eyebrows.
Karl oohed, Punz whistled, and Alex screamed.

Nick whispered something under his breath, and stepped forward to push them out the door.

George glanced back one more time before the bedroom door slammed shut. The loud music began to fill his ears again.
He didn't dare move from right outside the door. Not even moving when Clay began to lean down to his ear.

"Don't worry George," He laughed in his ear, "we aren't going to kiss."

Georges eyes widened unexpectedly. He stepped back, hitting the door.
"Then why are we out here?"

"We need to talk." Clay said calmly.

That's when George started to piece things together. Obviously this was all a set up. Inviting George to the party, the truth or dare game, daring them to do 7 minutes in heaven.
That's why Clay didn't look surprised when Nick announced his dare. He wonders who was in on it.

"I-" George started, "don't think we need to." He furrowed his eyebrows.

"Please?"

Clay looked, sounded, and seemed so genuine. George found it hard to say no to him. He sighed while nodding, moving around Clay to show him the closet of his pick.
The one he stayed in for almost the whole damn party.

George opened the door, signaling for Clay to go in. Their wasn't much space in there. If George could barely fit in by himself, try to imagine a whole other man shoved in there.

"Whatever." George sighed again once they were both crammed in. He crossed his arms over his chest and pushed his back close against the wall.

Clay took that as his cue to start talking, "I know you don't like me. I don't know if it's because i'm annoying? Or did something to you? I honestly don't know. But I seriously think if you just tell me what's going on, it can be fixed. Right?"

George blinked. Was he really going to vent to the guy he's been trying to ignore?
The bit of alcohol in him chose that decision for him.

"I don't like you." He said bluntly, still staring at the closed door.

Clay inhaled, "Got that."

"And I don't like you because you like me."

"What?"

"Okay maybe not like me," George spoke fast, "but- I dunno. You obviously find interest in me since you've nonstop tried getting me to talk to you."

"Oh well yeah, obviously." Clay mocked.

George rolled his eyes but continued, "I came into college wanting to find a girlfriend. Boom I got a boyfriend, a Sigma Chi guy. It ended horribly, so bad he literally dropped out. So yeah I never want to go through that again."

A beat skipped.
"I can tell you're not good at this." Clay softly said.

George bit his lip, "At what?"

"Talking about this kind of stuff. And that's fine," Clay leaned against the door, "I just wanted to know if it was anything I did."

George slowly breathed in, taking in what he said. He was definitely right, but George didn't think he was being that obvious about it.
"Except being really annoying, no." George tried to smile.

In the corner of his eye, George could tell Clay had been looking at him this entire time. He could also see a slight smile on his face.

"Alright, cool then."

"Alright," George repeated, "Dream."

Clay over exaggeratedly gasped, he put his hand to his heart.
"That's the first time you've called me Dream!"

George rolled his eyes, "Just because everyone else does, idiot."

Clay laughed and reached to open the door. They both walked out, letting out a sigh of relief.

"And don't worry George, I'll never treat you badly." Clay half joked, as a last remark for the ended conversation.

"Thanks." George murmured, slowly heading towards the bedroom door.

Dream followed beside him.
"Hug it out?" He asked while smiling big, reaching over to George.

George laughed and smacked his arm away.
"No, dumbass."
