Y/n was arriving at the dojo before her phone began ringing. She parked before getting out of her car and grabbing her stuff. She picked up the phone not looking at the caller ID. "Hello?" She said.

"Cobra Kai's sensei beat the shit out of me" Demetri panted as he ran from the Cobra Kai dojo. "Again?" Y/n asked with concern. "But this time it wasn't that Lawrence guy, it was a guy much older with an anatomically incorrect snake tattoo" Demetri informed. "Wait what are you even doing there? Never mind that, Are you okay? How bad did he hurt you?" Y/n attacked him with questions as she went to the backyard of the dojo.

"My nose is bleeding and it kinda hurts. Shit...I see my mom I-I'll call you later, bye" Demetri hung up. 'Just tell her they were closed and you tripped' he sighed as his mom's car pulled up.

Y/n set her phone down "what's up with you?" Sam asked as she stretched. "What do you mean?" Y/n asked "you have a look on your face" Robby pointed out. "Still bummed out about yesterday" Y/n partially lied. She wasn't lying completely. Cobra Kai did ruin their demonstration after all. But, why did Demetri go to Cobra Kai after saying he didn't wanna be in any 'drama'?

"You know what the problem is? Miyagi-Do's all about defense" Robby said. "Defense wins championships" Sam referred to her dad. "Yeah, but people show up for the offense," Y/n said as she placed her bag down. "That's why Cobra Kai is more popular" Robby added. "We need to show them we can fight too"

"So, what exactly are we supposed to do? Go to the mall and pick a fight? Record us defending ourselves?" Sam rose her eyebrow at Robby. "It's not the worst idea" Y/n and Robby said at the same time. "It's a terrible idea" Sam replied. "Where's dad?" Y/n ask she stretched her arms. "He's probably under the banana boat," Sam said.
"Probably why I didn't see him," Y/n said.

"I'm gonna go talk to him, see if he'll come teach us" Sam stood up and walked off the deck heading to the front of the dojo. "So what happened?" Robby asked as he punched the punching bag. "What do you mean?" Y/n asked while stretching her legs. "Well, I know you're bummed out about valley fest but that doesn't explain the concerned look on your face" Robby stated as he removed his hands from the punching bag.

"What are you a detective or something?" the latter rose her eyebrow. "Certified" Robby pushed a loose hair strand behind his ear. Y/n sighed "my boyfriend, well, he said that he didn't wanna get in any of our 'dojo drama' but then today he calls me saying he was at the Cobra Kai dojo" Y/n explained.

"You should've suggested him coming to Miyagi-Do," Robby said. "I did but I guess he wasn't a big on the idea" Y/n slightly frowned "bet he wanted to be with Hawk and Miguel"

"Guys!" Sam called out. The two turned their heads towards Sam "who's up for going to the beach?" Sam said with a small smile. "Relaxing never hurt anybody" Robby replied. Y/n nodded.

Daniel was driving to the beach club. Y/n sat in the back with Robby while Sam sat in the passenger's seat. The wind was warm but cool enough to feel good on the body. "I still don't understand, how's going to the beach gonna help us get students?" Robby said.

"It's not the students that I'm after. It's the parents" Daniel replied keeping his eyes on the road. "So you're counting on kids listening to their parents?" Y/n cocked an eyebrow. "No, I'm counting on the parents doing whatever it takes to protect their kids" Daniel corrected. "Look, I've tried everything else to promote Miyagi-Do. If this doesn't work, nothing else will"

They soon arrived at the beach club.

"See? what did I tell ya'? It's always packed here on Saturday" Daniel said as he pulled up to the front. He parked and handed the keys to a guy. The three teens got out. Y/n wore a black one-piece swimsuit with a red flannel and jean shorts over it. Sam wore a romper underneath she wore a one-piece swimsuit with a floral pattern. Robby wore a button-up (that wasn't buttoned up) with a graphic t-shirt underneath it and some grey shorts.
