"Lady Dimitrescu"

"Y/n"

"Heinsburg," the scruffy man coughs looking over at the fireplace. Lady Dimitrescu's face pulls into an even deeper scowl at the man in front of her, displeased with his mere presence. "I see you still try and uphold that confident demeanor of yours thought it would have diminished by now but, you're as resilient as ever for a puny little human," golden eyes move from Heinsburg to you and a smirk takes over instead. Eyes rolling you scoff and play along.

"I do oh so love to entertain my lady, so I make sure to keep up this so-called confident demeanor you say I have," You give her a smirk of your own, and this time it's her whose eyes are rolling. She makes her way down the stairs in all her glory trying to make you feel less than her. You mentally applauded her on her performance even though it did nish to dwindle your ego either. The sound of buzzing is heard and you freeze to the Lady's pleasure who has a knowing smug look, taunting you to make the next move. You pray that it would be one of the other two sisters and not Cassandra for if you remember correctly she may have told you the next time she sees you it would be on sight through her actions.

The sound comes closer and closer just like the Lady who takes each step with precision while keeping her eyes on you. The swarm is finally visible and the cloud of flies looks thicker than before, which only means they're all here. The cloud of fly burst and transform into two bodies and dread and relief fill you seeing as Cassandra isn't with them but that only means she's hunting you waiting to pounce and take revenge. Bela is the first to speak walking around you expecting you even more closely seeing as none of the daughters had a full close-up look besides Cassandra.

"I see you've decided to come back to us, little one," she chuckles darkly near your ear, "You had us shocked when you decided to jump out that window, didn't think you would live but here you are in one piece."

Her hot breath on your neck sent chills down your spine and the hairs on your neck to rise. They must've just finished with lunch not too long ago seeing as fresh blood was smeared across their faces. Breathing through your nose you step away from her creating space in between you and her and she pouts but glides away to stand next to her sister who just stared at you coldly, malice swimming through her golden eyes.

Must be pissed that I broke her sister's nose

You run a hand through your silky hair before looking back at that blasted tall woman, "Ok ok can you humiliate me another time and just show me where I'll be staying." A dark and perfectly plucked eyebrow is raised at your commanding tone by the mistress and your insides twist into knots from how fierce it makes her look. "Please?", you add. Now that shocked everyone in the room including you. Never in a million years had they thought you would say please to them even if only knowing you for three days. The twins look at you and tilt their heads understanding that you, their owner who is just as resilient as you are stubborn who would never be so polite to a monster, just said please. "H-Heinsburg I believe you brought the wrong person I asked for."

Heinsburg walks around you checking to make sure he didn't bring the wrong person. "Nope that's them alright. Maybe they're just trying to be respectful?"

A laugh breaks loose from the women in the room. Foolish of him to think you're trying to befriend the enemy. "Dear brother, that is far from what they're doing I've only known them for about three days and I don't even have to look them in the eyes to know if what they just said is a lie or the truth."

You scoff at that and pout. Who is she to say that you're lying which you are but she doesn't need to know that. A groan leaves your lips when the tattered cloth of your shirt rubs against the still open and bleeding wound on your back. Dakota trots over and pokes you with his snout concerned for you. You give a meek smile in return easing his worrying a bit but not completely. The other five people in the room stare at you in awe at how gentle and caring you were to those mutts. It impressed them that you of all people as stubborn as a donkey could show such emotions and feelings to a lesser being.
