A week after the day Dimitri took me shopping, we still had petty fights, the usual that teens have.

If we weren't engaged we would've been broken up by now.

My sister Rose hasn't talked to me either.

It's been so long, every time I try to speak to her she brushes me off or pretends I'm not there. It truly hurts.

I feel bad, I sorta knew she fancied Dimitri but she'd never actually told me if she did.

"Y/n" Dimitri barged in, his voice echoed through the living room, "we need to talk" he sat down.

Chills ran down my back. "What now" I groaned.

I don't like it when he says this it always ends up in a fight.

"Your sister" he said.

"Which one?" I blankly asked.

"Rose." I froze, "she's acting strange" he moved uncomfortably, "she keeps trying to come onto me, it's making me uncomfortable," he straightened himself.

"Have you brought it up to my father?" I asked, "I can't do or say anything to Rose."

"Why?"

Closing my book, looking at my...fiancé.

"She tells me 'yeah whatever I don't care' or she pretends I'm not there," I frowned, "I miss my sister, I hate our engagement!" I stated.

"If I knew it would've made my sister hate me I would've said no," I put my book on the table besides me.

No matter the consequences.

Fighting over a boy is stupid and pointless.

Especially when you're not interested in the boy you're fighting for.

"Don't say that" he stood up, "I, actually like you, maybe even love," he bent down and took my hands into his, "I understand you miss your time with you sister, but I truly am happy to be with you."

He pushed a strand of hair behind my ear.

My heart started to beat so hard I swear it was echoing in the room. "I- uhh," I froze once more.

No one has ever reacted that way.

"You don't have to reciprocate or say that you love me back" he smiled.

"Dimitri" Rose bust through the door.

Dimitri launched forwards on top of me, making the chair squeak lightly.

The chair I was sitting in faced away from the door.

So Rose didn't see Dimitri just launch forwards.

"Dimi," her heels clicked as she approached the chair.

My heart beat faster.

Fear laced my entire being

"You can't hide from me."

Dimitri came closer and connected our lips.

I froze, this wasn't actually happening was it?

"Put your arms around me Y/n" Dimitri whispered slightly separating ourselves.

I did as he said and wrapped my arms around him, pulling us closer than we already were and reconnecting our lips.

Rose stood by the chair.

He parted our lips, "oh hey Rose," He smiled, "I didn't hear you come in" making it obvious he was lying.

Rose stood there frozen.

"You're interrupting something right now Rosie" I teased.

Internally screaming at what I said.

"I see that" she glared.

I knew it was wrong to feel this but I liked the way she got mad.

"Do you mind?" Dimitri glared back.

Rose shook her head.

"No, I don't mind," standing there like an idiot.

"Alright then can you leave?"

"No," she shook her head violently.

She looked like a little kid about to have a tantrum.

"We'll just go instead." Dimitri got up and grabbed my book. I got up and took his arm.

"We need to do wedding planning stuff," we left the living room.

"Do we actually have to do the wedding planning stuff?" I asked.

"I don't know ask your father" Dimitri whispered.

We heard my sister scream.

We bolted to my room.

"Actually I think it would be a better idea to speak to your father about our wedding or whatever, cause when should the planning start?" I stated.
